1 Supporting entrepreneurs : A systematic review of literature and an agenda for research

Entrepreneurship has become a cornerstone of economic development. The public awareness of this phenomenon spurred great interest from the academic community and policy makers alongside the creation of a vast range of entrepreneurship support initiatives. We conduct a systematic review of 122 academic articles published during a thirty year period between 1985–2015 that help to identify a series of theoretical, empirical, and practical gaps that form the basis of a research agenda. For instance, there is a shortage of conceptual articles and few empirical studies generating theoretical contributions; samples are small and idiosyncratic; context is rarely considered; and that mechanisms of ES are largely unknown. We propose that ES should develop along four main themes that ameliorate these exposed gaps: acknowledge and understand the heterogeneity of entrepreneurs and new ventures; apply existing theories to ES; improve methods and research design; and integrate ES into the ecosystem of support.

2 Digital Academic Entrepreneurship: A structured literature review and avenue for a research agenda

This paper reviews the Academic Entrepreneurship literature according to the emergence of powerful Digital technologies, providing an overview of the state of research and outlining a future research agenda about Digital Academic Entrepreneurship. One hundred and sixty-five journal papers were initially extracted from Scopus and their content was analysed for the paper selection process by two researchers in parallel, plus a third one in case of uncertainty. Finally, fifty-nine papers dealing with digital academic entrepreneurship and published in a variety of academic journals have been analyzed through a content and a bibliometric analysis. Findings show that literature on Digital Academic Entrepreneurship is really scant and dominated by unrelated research. Content analysis provides the emergence of four major research streams: 1) Digital Technologies for Entrepreneurship Education; 2) The “maker space movement” for Academic Entrepreneurship; 3) Digital tech- nologies for discovering entrepreneurial opportunities; 4) Creating entrepreneurial competences in the Digital “University-based” Entrepreneurial ecosystems. The paper presents the first attempt to provide a comprehensive structured literature review of the disruptive role of digital transformation for the Academic Entrepreneurship. Despite the growing literature on Digital Entrepreneurship, this research area is still fragmented and under- theorized. More systematic and holistic studies, considering both the technological, economic and the social aspects of Academic Entrepreneurship are required.

3 Sustainability research in business-to-business markets: An agenda for inquiry

Corporate interest in the topic of sustainability has increased in prominence. Most of the research on sustainability has a business-to-consumer focus, with limited research emphasizing sustainability in the context of business-to-business marketing. The paper examines research on sustainability, published in the journal Industrial Marketing Management, where thirty-eight articles have appeared in the past twenty-seven years, the majority on supply-chain research. Research on sustainability in business-to-business markets is sparse, and some of the fundamental research questions in this area have gone unaddressed. This paper addresses three interrelated research issues associated with sustainability in business-to-business markets. First, what research is available to researchers and practitioners? Second, what framework can be used to examine sustainability research in business-to-business markets? Third, what subareas of sustainability research need focus and deeper examination, and what are the associated research questions? Overall, the findings from this paper suggest the need for additional research in the area because of its substantial implications for theory, research, and practice.

4 A bibliometric review of a decade of research: Big data in business research – Setting a research agenda

The last several years have witnessed a surge of interest in artificial intelligence (AI). As the foundation of AI technologies, big data has attracted attention of researchers. Big data and data science have been recognized as new tools and methodologies for developing theories in business research (George, 2014). While several qual- itative reviews have been conducted, there is still a lack of a quantitative and systematic review of big data in business research. Our review study fills this gap by depicting the development of big data in business research using bibliometric methods, such as publication counts and trends analysis, co-citation analysis, co-authorship analysis and keywords co-occurrence analysis. Based on the sample of 1366 primary focal articles and 55,718 secondary references, we visualize the landscape and evolution of big-data business research and capture the developmental trajectory and trends over time (between 2008 and 2018). Furthermore, based on our analyses, we provide several promising directions for future research. In doing so, we provide scholars with a systematic understanding of the development and panoramic roadmap of big data research in business.

5 Machines as teammates: A research agenda on AI in team collaboration

What if artificial intelligence (AI) machines became teammates rather than tools? This paper reports on an international initiative by 65 collaboration scientists to develop a research agenda for exploring the potential risks and benefits of machines as teammates (MaT). They generated 819 research questions. A subteam of 12 converged them to a research agenda comprising three design areas – Machine artifact, Collaboration, and Institution – and 17 dualities – significant effects with the potential for benefit or harm. The MaT research agenda offers a structure and archetypal research questions to organize early thought and research in this new area of study.

6 Risk management in SMEs: A systematic literature review and future directions
مدیریت ریسک در شرکتهای کوچک و متوسط: یک مرور سیستماتیک ادبیات و مسیرهای آینده-2020
Small- and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) are considered as the backbone of European economics and growth; however, their peculiar features and the limited resources drive them to adopt different tools and methods when compared to large companies. In particular, the approach adopted in SMEs for Risk Management (RM) seems not to be specifically studied and understood. To this extent, the aim of the paper is to outline the development and the state of the art of RM in SMEs, grasping new future research opportunities in this field. By conducting a systematic literature review with bibliometric tools, 61 papers published until the end of 2016 have been selected and analysed. They demonstrate that some RM streams, such as financial RM and Enterprise RM, are among the most studied in the literature. However, a holistic approach is still not diffused nor sufficiently developed in SMEs, even if the types of identified risks are increasing. There are new emerging RM streams. In particular, the relevance of Project RM, Strategic RM, and Supply Chain RM has been increasing, and it pushes researchers and practitioners to deepen the knowledge of the tools and practices that characterise them. New theoretical and practical studies on RM in SMEs will support them in protecting their business and leveraging their business value, taking advantage of the management of different types of risks.© 2019 Elsevier Ltd. 7 International entrepreneurship in the post Covid world
کارآفرینی بین المللی در جهان Covid-2020
How will the world look post Covid-19? What is the role of international entrepreneurship (IE) in this new world? This article attempts to answer these two questions. It highlights the changes caused by Covid and how they might affect the scope and types of international entrepreneurial activities in years to come. It also discusses how international entrepreneurs are likely to operate and shape the emerging world order. The article concludes by outlining the implications of these changes for IE scholarship, offering an agenda for future research.

8 Antisocial entrepreneurship: Conceptual foundations and a research agenda

Whereas social entrepreneurship has been extensively studied, its antipode—antisocial entrepreneurship— is all but neglected in the literature. This article identifies and elucidates this glaring conceptual and research gap; it provides a conceptual foundation for making sense of antisocial entrepreneurship, demonstrating how it is distinct from related constructs such as illegal and destructive entrepreneurship; and it suggests an agenda for future research on antisocial entrepreneurship. Through studying antisocial entrepreneurship, a broader spectrum of entrepreneurial intentions, actions and outcomes becomes visible, potentially furthering our understanding, not only of antisocial entrepreneurship, but also of other, more commonly studied, facets of entrepreneurship.

9 Artificial intelligence for decision making in the era of Big Data – evolution, challenges and research agenda
هوش مصنوعی برای تصمیم گیری در عصر داده های بزرگ - تکامل ، چالش ها و دستور کار تحقیق-2019
Artificial intelligence (AI) has been in existence for over six decades and has experienced AI winters and springs. The rise of super computing power and Big Data technologies appear to have empowered AI in recent years. The new generation of AI is rapidly expanding and has again become an attractive topic for research. This paper aims to identify the challenges associated with the use and impact of revitalised AI based systems for decision making and offer a set of research propositions for information systems (IS) researchers. The paper first provides a view of the history of AI through the relevant papers published in the International Journal of Information Management (IJIM). It then discusses AI for decision making in general and the specific issues regarding the interaction and integration of AI to support or replace human decision makers in particular. To advance research on the use of AI for decision making in the era of Big Data, the paper offers twelve research propositions for IS researchers in terms of conceptual and theoretical development, AI technology-human interaction, and AI implementation.

هدف - علیرغم یک ارتباط آشکار، توسعه فرآیند کسب‌وکار و مدیریت فرآیند کسب‌ وکار (BPM) به طور جدی اما جدای از هم مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته ‌است. هدف نویسندگان این است که این مورد را برای تحقیق حاضر در تقاطع هر دو جریان ایجاد کنند. نویسندگان از این طریق بر برنامه ‌ریزی یکپارچه بهبود فرآیند تجارت و توسعه قابلیت BPM متمرکز هستند، چرا که به نظر نویسندگان هر دو جریان دارای نزدیکترین تعامل هستند. نویسندگان به حوزه تحقیقاتی واقع در فصل مشترک بهبود فرآیند کسب ‌وکار و توسعه قابلیت BPM به عنوان مدیریت پورتفولیوی پروژه اشاره می‌کنند. هدف از این مقاله بحث در مورد این مسائل است.
طراحی / روش‌شناسی / رویکرد - نویسندگان حوزه مدیریت پورتفولیوی (سبد پروژه) پروژه با استفاده از دانش موجود مربوط به BPM، مدیریت پورتفولیوی پروژه و مدیریت عملکرد را ساختار بندی می‌کنند. نویسندگان نیز یک دستور کار تحقیقاتی از نظر سوالات تحقیق و روش‌های تحقیق ارایه می‌دهند.
یافته‌ها - ساختار پیشنهادی نشان می‌دهد که در هنگام درگیر شدن در مدیریت پورتفولیوی پروژه، اشیا و تعاملات تجاری باید در نظر گرفته شوند. دستور کار تحقیقاتی شامل پرسش‌های نمونه از ساختار BPM، مدیریت پورتفولیوی پروژه و مدیریت عملکرد است.
محدودیت‌ها / مفاهیم تحقیق - محدودیت اصلی این مقاله این است که منعکس ‌کننده نقطه نظرات افراد براساس تجربیات چندین پروژه صنعتی و تحقیقات قبلی است. اصالت / ارزش - این مقاله به یک زمینه تحقیقاتی فراموش ‌شده می‌پردازد و راه‌های جدیدی را برای تحقیقات BPM ایجاد می‌کند و یک دیدگاه جدید را به بحث در مورد آینده BPM ارائه می‌کند.
