1 AHP-TOPSIS social sustainability approach for selecting supplier in construction supply chain
رویکرد پایداری اجتماعی AHP-TOPSIS برای انتخاب تامین کننده در زنجیره تأمین ساخت و ساز-2021
Prequalification of suppliers in the Construction Supply Chain is considered a crucial step to assure to their ability to deliver socially sustainable projects. This research identifies the most important social sustainability prequalification criteria for supplier selection in Construction Supply Chain. Additionally, a Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) model based on social indicators of sustainability is proposed in this research. Structured interviews were organized with experienced practitioners to define the relative importance weights of criteria that have collected in the first phase using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). As such, the AHP is applied to develop mathematical determination to achieve the weights of social indicators. Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to the Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method is used to evaluate the different suppliers in the construction supply chain against 17 identified attributes. Ultimately, the closeness coefficients of the suppliers are estimated in order to identify social performance. The research aims at proposing a computational model of MCDM in order to introduce it to the construction organizations to utilize in the supplier prequalification process. A computational model is developed and a case study is worked out to illustrate the proposed methodology in supplier selection to ensure sustainable construction projects. Afterwards, the model is validated and a sensitivity analysis is conducted to analyze the impact of changing the weights of the considered attributes in the model outputs.

3 Factors contributing to the imbalances of cargo flows in Malaysia large-scale minor ports using a fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (FAHP) approach
عوامل موثر در عدم تعادل جریان های حمل و نقل در بندرهای کوچک مقیاس بزرگ مالزی با استفاده از روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی فازی (FAHP)-2020
Malaysian ports have been recording imbalances in cargo flows year after year, whether in the form of a deficit or surplus, and the condition is becoming significant. As such, it has raised concerns among port stakeholders about the impact of such a situation on the sustainability of port operations, as well as questions about the actual reasons behind the occurrence, which is still ambiguous with regard to large-scale minor ports in Malaysia. This study was aimed at identifying the main factors that are contributing to the imbalanced cargo flows at large-scale minor ports in Malaysia by ranking all the possible factors using a systematic decision-making technique known as FAHP. The results showed that “economic factors” are the main contributors to these imbalances, followed by several other factors. This study contributes a clear insight into the main factors that are causing the imbalances in cargo flows at large-scale minor ports in Malaysia. Also, it may assist decision-makers and policymakers in identifying the key factors that are affecting business operations at these ports as well as guide them into using a systematic analytical approach like the FAHP to evaluate other situations with regard to the business, operations and management of ports, where applicable.

4 Evaluation of green operations management by fuzzy analytical hierarchy process
ارزیابی مدیریت عملیات سبز با فرایند سلسله مراتب تحلیل فازی-2020
With ever-changing, environmental, and climate conditions companies have changed their viewpoint and striving towards green operations management practices to achieve sustainable growth. By practicing green operations management, it is observed that the operational efficiency and sustainability in production operations can be achieved simultaneously. Green operations management includes green design, green manufacturing, green logistics, and green purchase initiatives. In this paper, the green operations management practices are evaluated by using fuzzy AHP. Additionally, this paper highlights the benefits of green operations management over conventional operations management. To justify the adoption of green operations management practices, the fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (FAHP) is used for calculating the global desirability index for the green operations management practices and conventional operations management practices and a comparison is carried out between both global desirability indexes to justify the concepts of green operation management in the manufacturing industry. The pro- posed research is generalized and can be utilized by the managers working in different organizations to rethink and redesign their management policies to harness sustainable profits in the business operations of organizations without affecting the environment adversely.© 2020 Elsevier Ltd. 5 Vessel traffic scheduling method for the controlled waterways in the upper Yangtze River
روش برنامه ریزی ترافیک کشتی برای آبراه های کنترل شده در رودخانه یانگ تسه بالایی-2019
An Inland Waterway Transportation System is often claimed to be safe, efficient and economic. However, traffic congestion and vessel collision have become serious threats to marine safety, especially in the one-way waterways. The aim of this paper is to rank the vessels in the controlled waterways of the upper Yangtze River and to generate the optimal traffic commands for each vessel so as to ensure marine safety and traffic efficiency. In this study, the proposed approach is based on the combination of Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) with an Expert System (ES). Vessel data collected from Automatic Identification Systems (AIS) are first analyzed by experts, and some external environment and internal factors are selected as Significant Influencing Factors (SIFs). FAHP is then used for modelling a hierarchical structure and determining the weight of each SIF. Finally, the sorted vessel sequence and appropriate traffic commands can be achieved using ES. The experiment result shows that the waiting time of vessels is averagely decreased about 22 min compared with the existing Traffic Signal Revealing System. This will not only significantly improve the efficiency and accuracy of the vessel traffic scheduling, but also increase the waterway capacity by reducing the travelling time.

7 An integrated framework for sustainable supplier selection and evaluation in supply chains
یک چارچوب یکپارچه برای انتخاب و ارزیابی تامین کنندگان پایدار در زنجیره های عرضه-2017
Due to increased customer knowledge and ecological pressures from markets and various stakeholders, business organizations have emphasized the importance of greening and sustainability in their supply chain through supplier selection. Therefore, a systematic and sustainability-focused evaluation system for supplier selection is needed from an organizational supply chain perspective. This work proposes a framework to evaluate sustainable supplier selection by using an integrated Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), ViseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR), a multi-criteria optimization and compromise solution approach. Initially, 22 sustainable supplier selection criteria and three dimensions of criteria (economic, environmental, and social) have been identified through literature and experts opinions. A real world example of an automobile company in India is discussed to demonstrate the proposed framework applicability. According to the findings, ‘Environmental costs,’ ‘Quality of product,’ ‘Price of product,’ ‘Occupational health and safety systems,’ and ‘Environmental competencies’ have been ranked as the top five sustainable supplier selection criteria. In addition, out of the five sustainable suppliers alternatives, supplier number ‘three’ got the highest rank. The work presented in this paper may help managers and business professionals not only to distinguish the important supplier selection criteria but also to evaluate the most efficient supplier for sustainability in supply chain, while remaining competitive in the market. Sensitivity analysis is also conducted to test the proposed framework robustness.

8 Exploring the impact of dynamic capabilities on sustainable supply chain firms performance using Grey-Analytical Hierarchy Process
بررسی تاثیر توانایی های پویا در عملکرد شرکت های زنجیره تامین پایدار با استفاده از روند سلسله مراتبی تحلیلی خاکستری-2017
Dynamic capabilities (DCs) are the inherent capabilities developed by firms through the implementation of Sustainable Supply Chain practices. These DCs serve as a backbone for the firms to achieve competitive advantages in contemporary ever-changing markets. The present study focuses on exploring the impact of the DCs on the firms performance, by offering a review of literature to identify the various associated DCs and performance measures of a firm cited in peer reviewed journals. The impact of the collected DCs on the enhancement of firms performance is then analyzed with the help of six performance measures identified from the literature. First, through a questionnaire survey with industrial experts from south India as respondents, the initial list of 77 DCs is confined to a list of 40 essential DCs. Second, the shortlisted 40 DCs are grouped under six performance measures; a logical interpretation of which DC will best enhance which performance measure was selected with the help of the industrial experts. Third, Analytical Hierarchy Process pair-wise comparisons of the seven groups of DCs are done to identify the influential DCs in each of the seven performance measure categories. Priority weights and rankings are obtained both within the category and globally. Finally, a Grey-Analytical Hierarchy Process is used to get a better understanding of the overall impact of the DCs in enhancing the performance measures of the firm for a sustained competitive advantage. The obtained results help industrial managers to identify specific influential DCs for each performance measure category by overcoming the limitations of few experts through the application of the grey multi criteria decision making system. Identifying and prioritizing performance-specific DCs allow sustainable supply chain oriented firms to concentrate on the DCs most relevant to the specific performances needing improvement.

9 Prioritizing the barriers to achieve sustainable consumption and production trends in supply chains using fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process
Prioritizing the barriers to achieve sustainable consumption and production trends in supply chains using fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process-2017
Currently, production systems and consumption patterns are based on conventional courses of action and utilize methods and technologies that are generally not sustainable. As a result, Sustainable Consumption and Production (SCP) is becoming an important means by which business organizations prepare for sustainable development. Achieving sustainable consumption and production trends in supply chains is difficult due to the presence of several related barriers. In this contribution, we aim to identify and prioritize the barriers pertaining to the achievement of sustainable consumption and production trends in a supply chain context. In this work, firstly, 30 barriers related to implementing SCP trends in supply chain are recognized. These barriers are derived from a literature survey and from field and industrial experts’ inputs. Secondly, an operational model is suggested using the fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process to prioritize the identified barriers with the goal of improving overall performance. The fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process helps determine the priority of concerns of the identified barriers under fuzzy surroundings. Inputs in this work are based upon an ancillary auto manufacturing firm in India. Research findings indicate that the Organizational barriers dimension obtains the highest priority (i.e., it serves as a key hurdle in achieving SCP trends in supply chains. This work also performs a sensitivity analysis to analyze the priority stability of the given SCP implementation focused barriers. This work presents the most important barrier to efficiently manage SCP initiatives. Accordingly, the proposed model is useful for regulatory bodies, policy makers, and industry managers/practitioners not only to recognize a set of related hurdles they will reasonably encounter, but also to provide a means by which to structure their efforts for the effective accomplishment of SCP trends in a supply chain context.

10 Assessment of socio-techno-economic factors affecting the market adoption and evolution of 5G networks: Evidence from the 5G-PPP CHARISMA project
ارزیابی عوامل اجتماعی-تکنولوژیکی و اقتصادی موثر بر پذیرش بازار و تکامل شبکه های 5G: شواهد از پروژه 5G-PPP CHARISMA-2017
5G networks are rapidly becoming the means to accommodate the complex demands of vertical sectors. The European project CHARISMA is aiming to develop a hierarchical, distributed-intelligence 5G architecture, offering low latency, security, and open access as features intrinsic to its design. Finding its place in such a complex landscape consisting of heterogeneous technologies and devices, requires the designers of the CHARISMA and other similar 5G architectures, as well as other related market actors to take into account the multiple technical, economic and social aspects that will affect the deployment and the rate of adoption of 5G networks by the general public. In this paper, a roadmapping activity identifying the key technological and socio-economic issues is performed, so as to help ensure a smooth transition from the legacy to future 5G networks. Based on the fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, a survey of pairwise comparisons has been conducted within the CHARISMA project by 5G technology and deployment experts, with several critical aspects identified and prioritized. The conclusions drawn are expected to be a valuable tool for decision and policy makers as well as for stakeholders.© 2016 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
