The financing of enterprises, the transformation and development needs of banks themselves, and the promotion of logistics technology. Edge computing refers to an open platform that integrates network, data processing, storage and application core functions, and can provide the closest end-of-page service near the object data source to meet real-time, application intelligence, security and privacy Sexual needs. The core of supply chain financing is to establish an optimized plan that can effectively control supply chain financing. By integrating the financing literature of the supply chain, the settlement cost in the supply chain can be solved. Based on theoretical research, this article analyzes supply chain financing and block chain technology. Combined with the current specific situation of block chain in supply chain financing, the management system, cash flow of the supply chain, and risk control system are analyzed. All parties to the supply chain financing optimize the supply chain financing risk control system while reducing business costs and improving corporate efficiency, which greatly reduces the risks of all parties in the supply chain financing. The block chain Iota environment based on shared data and advanced data processing has very powerful theoretical and practical significance for promoting the development of commercial banks and enterprises.

2 Research on the application of block chain big data platform in the construction of new smart city for low carbon emission and green environment

The sharing of government information resources is significant for improving the level of governance and social information. However, due to the existence of cross-domain security and trust islands, government departments are hindering the sharing of government information resources with other organizations and the public. To this end, the blockchain technology is used to construct a decentralized distributed peer-to-peer trust service system, which is integrated with the existing PKI/CA security system to establish a new trust model that supports multi-CA coexistence. Based on this, the structural composition and functional data flow of the blockchain smart city information resource sharing and exchange model designed in this paper. This paper launched a study on the role of the smart big data platform, and selected the development of smart cities in Hefei as an empirical analysis. From the connotation of smart city, block chain and big data technology combined, and the positive effects of relevant information technology summarized on the construction of smart city big data platform. Based on this, the smart city development level evaluation model of TOPSIS method constructed. The evaluation model constructed to make a vertical comparison from 2012 to 2017, the scale of smart cities is growing at an average annual rate of more than 30%, saving 20% of urban resource allocation and becoming a new pillar industry. Therefore, Hefei City should further increase environmental supervision and promote the use of low-carbon environmental protection new energy. The improvement of government management level has a positive effect on the construction of smart Hefei

3 Information security and storage of Internet of Things based on block chains
امنیت اطلاعات و ذخیره اینترنت اشیاء بر اساس زنجیره های بلوک-2020
With progress in science and technology and the rapid development of the Internet of Things, we have entered the intelligent era of the Internet of Things. With many devices connected to the Internet, hackers have opportunities to attack; thus, the security of the Internet of Things has attracted increased attention. In the era of big data, the demand for information storage is increasing. This paper considers block chains and proposes an ECC (Ellipse Curve Cryptography) asymmetric algorithm to encrypt information. For storage, this paper proposes compressed sensing for data compression reconstruction to improve information storage speed in the Internet of Things. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is superior to comparable algorithms in security and storage performance.

4 Blockchain: How shipping industry is dealing with the ultimate technological leap

Despite its historical resilience to innovation, several novel technologies (e.g. IoT, AIS data, and automation) have recently been introduced in the maritime sector: the majority of them represents incremental changes in respect to current practice. Nevertheless, a few of these novel solutions could represent radical game changers for the whole shipping business. Among the latter category, blockchain registers a particular role, given the possibility for smoothening administrative problems, providing new ways to achieve secure and frictionless transactions at a global level. Despite the importance of such innovation, most of the published studies have just focused on technical aspects, while the adoption and implementation processes are far to be clarified since there is not a clear understanding on the potential effects of blockchain on shipping and logistics actors, especially at local level. The proposed study aims at filling this gap, providing insights that might help to better understand: i) which are the actors that impact the most on the blockchain implementation (and related potential frictions), and ii) the difference among alternative initiatives currently present on the market. In order to achieve these twofold aim, the study uses a triangulation approach, mixing literature and media reports research with both web-based research on main initiative characteristics and expert opinions. The proposed study defines that regulators and public authorities might potentially represent the main barrier to the full implementation of the block chain technology, especially due to a missing market standard.

5 Cryptographic system for data applications, in the context of internet of things
سیستم رمزنگاری برای برنامه های داده ، در متن اینترنت اشیاء-2019
With each passing day, Internet of Things (IoT), has the potential to transform our society to a more dig- ital way. In this paper, a cryptographic system is proposed, which has been designed and implemented, following the IoT optimized technologies. As the benefits of IoT are numerous, the need for a privacy platform is more than necessary to be developed. This work aims to demonstrate this by, firstly, imple- menting efficient and flexible, the fundamentals primitives of cryptography and privacy. Secondly, this is achieved, by introducing applied cryptography, in a more interactive and flexible approach. The proposed system and the incorporation of this platform is scrutinized. In the context of this work, an application of symmetric cryptography is introduced, based on the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) in Electronic Code Book (ECB), Cipher Block Chaining (CBC) and Counter (CTR) modes of operation, for both encryption and decryption of texts, images and electronic data applications. In addition two other security schemes are supported by the proposed system: AES Galois/Counter Mode (GCM) and AES Galois Message Authen- tication Code (GMAC). The GCM proposed integration, in an authentication scheme, designed to provide authenticity and confidentiality, at the same time. On the other hand, GMAC, can be applied as message authentication code. Both operations, are optimized in sense of implementation resources, since the ma- jor cost is targeted to AES core. In addition, based on the integrated hardware modules, user registration and validation is proposed and implemented, with no additional cost, and with no performance penalty. Furthermore, two factor authentication has been designed and proposed, based on One Time Passwords (OTP), which can been produced with a random procedure. After these, a reference to the security lev- els, as regards to the communication between the IoT layers of the architecture, is presented. IoT hard- ware platforms are facing lack of security level and this brings the opportunity to use advanced security mechanisms. Implementation comparison results emphasize the importance of testing and measuring the performance of the alternative encryption algorithms, supported by hardware platforms.

در این مقاله یک برنامه رمزنگاری تصویر مبتنی بر AES در حالت رمز block chaining با زبان C طراحی شده است.سرعت رمز نگاری/رمزگشایی وعملکرد امنیتی AES بر اساس سیستم رمز تصویر مورد ازمایش قرار گرفته است تا سیستم رمزنگاری پیشنهاد شده با برخی سیستم های رمزگزاری موجود براساس اشوب مقایسه شود.نتایج شبیه سازی نشان میدهد که AES میتواند برای رمزنگاری تصویر اعمال شود که نقطه پذیرش این دیدگاه که"AES برای رمزنگاری تصویر مناسب نیست"را در بسیاری از موارد تکذیب میکند.این مقاله همچنین سرعت رمزنگاری تصویر مبتنی بر AES را بعنوان معیار سرعت الگوریتم های رمزنگاری تصویر پیشنهاد میدهد.والگوریتم های رمزنگاری تصویر که سرعت انها پایین تر ازمعیار است باید در ارتباطات عملی حذف شود.
