1 Machine learning: Best way to sustain the supply chain in the era of industry 4:0
یادگیری ماشین: بهترین راه برای حفظ زنجیره تأمین در عصر صنعت 4:0-2021
With the rapidly growing importance in the industries on the adaptation of advanced technologies, the involvement of IT-enabled systems has increased in developing the pathway for the future industry. The learning’s from these technologies becomes paramount for the present industries which gives a sense of belongingness and significance of the industry towards the market. The digital revolution world-wide affected the physical happenings of the events in the manufacturing industries such as the procurement, manufacturing/assembling & distribution of goods. This digital reformation is known as Industry 4.0 which generally means the advancement in the existing business models where all the business operations are interconnected with each other by digital mode (virtual representation based on operations). In this kind of environment, it is being necessary to map all the operations digitally in such a manner so that the physical flows of resources/goods will not suffer at any stage. Machine learning in the present scenario is one of the thrust areas for the researchers and the practitioners. The output in the machine learning process is having many dependencies on the input data such as the functions and characteristics imparted to the machine at the earlier stage. 3 Implications of green optimism upon sustainable supply chain management
پیامدهای خوش بینی سبز بر مدیریت پایدار زنجیره تأمین-2021
In recent years, managers have increasingly integrated sustainability into their business models. However, they might overestimate the premium that average consumers are willing to pay for the environment. In this paper, we formulate a game-theoretical model that illustrates the impacts of green optimism which refers to managers’ optimistic bias about consumer environmental awareness. We consider a sustainable supply chain in which one manufacturer invests in green product development and sells the green product through one retailer. Each firm within the supply chain is operated by one manager who is either realistic or optimistic. Contrary to conventional wisdom, we find that managers’ optimistic bias might discourage investment in green product development. We also find that green optimism is always detrimental to the upstream manufacturer, but might be beneficial to the downstream retailer. Surprisingly, under certain conditions, green optimism can be detrimental to all stakeholders, i.e., firms in the supply chain, consumers, and the environment. This study suggests an interesting link between supply chain management and human resource management; that is, within a sustainable supply chain those managers who are optimistic about the future of green business might be an obstacle to the success of green business.

4 A knowledge-intensive adaptive business process management framework
چارچوب مدیریت فرآیند تجاری تطبیقی مبتنی بر دانش-2021
Business process management has been the driving force of optimization and operational efficiency for companies until now, but the digitalization era we have been experiencing requires businesses to be agile and responsive as well. In order to be a part of this digital transformation, delivering new levels of automation-fueled agility through digitalization of BPM itself is required. However, the automation of BPM cannot be achieved by solely focusing on process space and classical planning techniques. It requires a holistic approach that also captures the social aspects of the business environment, such as corporate strategies, organization policies, negotiations, and cooperation. For this purpose, we combine BPM, knowledge-intensive systems and intelligent agent technologies, and yield one consolidated intelligent business process management framework, namely agileBPM, that governs the entire BPM life-cycle. Accordingly, agileBPM proposes a modeling methodology to semantically capture the business interests, enterprise environment and process space in accordance with the agent-oriented software engineering paradigm. The proposed agent-based process execution environment provides cognitive capabilities (such as goal-driven planning, norm compliance, knowledge-driven actions, and dynamic cooperation) on top of the developed business models to support knowledge workers’ multicriteria decision making tasks. The context awareness and exception handling capabilities of the proposed approach have been presented with experimental studies. Through comparative evaluations, it is shown that agileBPM is the most comprehensive knowledge-intensive process management solution.

5 A framework for sustainable management of the platform service supply chain: An empirical study of the logistics sector in China
چارچوبی برای مدیریت پایدار زنجیره تامین خدمات بستر های نرم افزاری: یک مطالعه تجربی از بخش تدارکات در چین-2021
Platforms have become an effective means of innovation in the logistics sector. However, not all platform-based business models become a success. This research investigates how a platform strategy can lead to a sustainable managed platform service supply chain. Based on analysis of data collected within the logistics sectors in China, the research results propose a structural mapping of a platform service supply chain, which differs from the traditional service supply chain structure. This research develops a sustainable management framework for the platform service supply chain, including three key elements: mutual facilitation between platform and business ecosystem; strategic alignment among the structural elements; and a sustainable element including value co- creation, co-opetition and dynamic configuration. The paper also provides a summary of practical implications to guide practitioners in building a successful platform service supply chain and enacting effective management strategies.

6 The effects of inter- and intraorganizational factors on the adoption of electronic booking systems in the maritime supply chain
اثرات عوامل بین و درون سازمانی بر پذیرش سیستم های رزرو الکترونیکی در زنجیره تأمین دریایی-2021
Digitalization is currently reshaping business models and providing more opportunities for cross-border supply chains. Maritime transportation occupies a crucial position in the global supply chain and information systems are playing an increasingly important role in the industry. In contrast with information systems used in other industries, interorganizational information systems in the maritime industry may involve a greater number of organizational users, including manufacturers, customers, shipping lines and customs and port authorities from different countries. Therefore, the adoption of container e-booking systems in the maritime supply chain is complex and with limited scrutiny in academia. This study explored the use of e-booking systems in the maritime supply chain and, in particular, the factors influencing the adoption of such systems at the organizational level. The study aimed to close the gap between the general understanding of the adoption of information systems and the adoption of e-booking systems in a specific context, namely the maritime supply chain. We conducted an exploratory multi-case study of eight firms across multiple tiers of the maritime supply chain. We employed a qualitative approach to investigate this issue at the maritime supply chain level, rather than the firm level. The study focused on inter- and intraorganizational factors. The results suggest that adoption is influenced by several factors, including pressure from trade partners, pressure from leading organizations, as well as organizational compatibility, and so forth. Furthermore, the identified factors have different levels of impact across organizational tiers in the shipping chain. This study offers insights that are relevant to both researchers and practitioners in the maritime transportation industry and may help to accelerate the digitalization of the industry.

7 Analysis on the strategy of improving management consulting business performance: Evidence on a management consulting company established by an accounting firm
تجزیه و تحلیل استراتژی بهبود عملکرد کسب و کار مشاوره مدیریت: شواهدی در مورد یک شرکت مشاوره مدیریت تاسیس شده توسط یک شرکت حسابداری-2021
Based on the viewpoint of the establishment of an additional management consulting company in an accounting firm, as well as the allied management consulting business and operations between the two accounting firms and management consulting companies, this paper discusses the key factors affecting management consulting business performance and then develops and empirically analyzes three regression models of management consulting business performance to conduct empirical analysis. It is found that the two models of the annual revenues and operating profits of management consulting companies show consistent results. When an accounting firm has the behavior of engaging in work in China and applying e-commerce in operation, and when the salary percentage of senior employees, percentage of management consultants, percentage of CPA-qualified employees, professionalism of employees, and concentration of business markets are all higher, positive benefits can arise for the management consulting companies, which can also help the allied management consulting business performance of the accounting firm and management consulting company. In addition, when the percentages of management consultants and CPA-qualified employees in the accounting firm are higher, a positive influence on the allied management consulting business performance of the accounting firm and management consulting company can be achieved. In terms of the control variables, there is no significant influence on the firm scale of the operating profits of management consulting companies, and the other control variables based on the three management consulting business models have a significant positive influence; i.e., the longer the history of the management consulting company, the bigger the scale of the accounting firm, and the better the management consulting business performance. It is expected that the results can provide a reference for the operational management of the consulting market, as well as the planning of future development strategies for managers of accounting firms. The results could help enable accounting firms to break through operational bottlenecks, strengthen competitive advantages, and improve the operational performance of accounting firms and management consulting companies in a highly competitive traditional auditing and tax business market.

8 Enablers, levers and benefits of Circular Economy in the Electrical and Electronic Equipment supply chain: a literature review
Enablers, levers and benefits of Circular Economy in the Electrical and Electronic Equipment supply chain: a literature review-2021
Circular Economy in the Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE) supply chain has a significant (and still unexploited) potential. This paper aims to systematically review the knowledge emerging from the literature at the intersection between Circular Economy and the EEE supply chain, with a special focus on enablers, levers, and their potential environmental, economic and social benefits. An original framework is developed to categorise Circular Economy enablers, levers and potential benefits. Companies in the EEE industry aiming to implement Circular Economy can exploit several enablers (grouped into digitalization, government intervention, and users’ active role) and levers (grouped into circular product design, ser- vitised business models, and supply chain management) to generate economic, environmental and social benefits. Based on the framework, 115 articles were scrutinised. The analysis led to the definition of a research agenda, with policy and industry implications. To advance Circular Economy research in the EEE supply chain, future studies should address: (i) the enabling role of digitalization, particularly within blockchain, 3D Printing, augmented and virtual reality; (ii) design strategies focused on ‘reduce’; (iii) servitised business models based on result-oriented offerings; (iv) collaboration in the EEE supply chain;(v) the assessment of social and economic benefits to users. Future research should also investigate the systemic interrelations between enablers, levers and benefits.© 2021 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

9 Research on the policy route of China’s distributed photovoltaic power generation
تحقیق در مورد مسیر سیاست تولید انرژی فتوولتائیک و توزیع شده در چین-2020
The distributed photovoltaic power generation is an important way to make use of solar energy in cities. China issues a series of policies to support the development of distributed photovoltaics in law, electricity price, grid connection standard, project management, financial support and so on. However, there are still some defects in policies and market mechanism. China creates a competitive market with a significant number of projects of distributed photovoltaic power through the reform of the electricity market, yet substantial drawbacks of the corresponding investment subsidies prevent distributed photovoltaic power from rapidly developing. This paper summarizes the status quo of China’s distributed photovoltaic power development, given its long-term plan, presents excellences and shortcomings of the existing policy system, and looks into the supporting policies and implementation paths for China’s distributed photovoltaic power in different stages. Innovative business models and financial support models are conducive to the development of distributed photovoltaic power. Financial innovation methods such as crowd funding and asset securitization should be encouraged to develop a sound risk assessment mechanism for projects, involve insurance institutions, and establish a risk sharing mechanism. In the context of a series of supporting policies, the distributed photovoltaic power in China will move towards market-oriented standardization for a healthier and more stable development.

10 Exploring the growth challenge of mobile payment platforms: A business model perspective
بررسی چالش رشد سیستم عامل های پرداخت تلفن همراه: چشم انداز مدل کسب و کار-2020
The power of platform business models has grown as our economies become increasingly digital, but how companies address the challenge of platform growth to achieve a critical mass of users remains unclear. In this study, we take a business model (BM) perspective to understand how mobile payment platform providers go about addressing such a challenge. We studied how mobile payment providers engaged in innovation of their business models, and thus identified three pertaining aspects: rethinking the relationship management with retailers, creating partnerships with other actors in the payment ecosystem to complement and deliver the proposed value, and integrating and using front-end mobile technology. Furthermore, our study suggests that mobile payment providers need to adapt their role within the ecosystem to scale the platform, and that it will depend on their choice of scope of geographic availability. Finally, we suggest that mutual adaptation of BMs of platform-as-sociated actors leads to improved diffusion of the platform offer, which also hints at the need for researchers to revisit innovation diffusion and technology adoption theories by acknowledging the importance of the BM of the offer side of technology.
