1 Dynamic simulation modelling of software requirements change management system
مدل سازی شبیه سازی پویا سیستم مدیریت تغییر نیازمندی های نرم افزاری-2021
Changes in the Software requirements, technological advances require flexibility in software system develop- ment. Unexpected changes and mistakes cause difficulties. They effectively manage destructive changes, rework, and errors; project managers need to consider dynamic behavior loops of feedback on lead delays and distur- bances. System Dynamics (SD) modeling methods have been used in the last few decades to meet this demand for analytical and project performance improvement. The SD model is used to improve the simulated change management policy for the Iranian project in the project’s planning and petrochemical industry. Dynamic simulations of the SD model. The results show that effective Knowledge Management (KM) is a crucial control factor for the project’s mechanically essential controls. Therefore, the proposal on the Knowledge Management aspect and attempts are to improve the manufacturing industry model. Effective formulation of dynamic simulation models project change management policy, time, consider Cost, quality, resources, and financial indicators. This model, such as financing, outsourcing activities, adjustment of the schedule, labor management, etc., to compare the alternative change management strategy in terms of the project’s performance indicators to enable the decision-makers.

2 Text mining of industry 4:0 job advertisements
استخراج متن آگهی های شغلی صنعت 4:0-2020
Since changes in job characteristics in areas such as Industry 4.0 are rapid, fast tool for analysis of job advertisements is needed. Current knowledge about competencies required in Industry 4.0 is scarce. The goal of this paper is to develop a profile of Industry 4.0 job advertisements, using text mining on publicly available job advertisements, which are often used as a channel for collecting relevant information about the required knowledge and skills in rapid-changing industries. We searched website, which publishes job advertisements, related to Industry 4.0, and performed text mining analysis on the data collected from those job advertisements. Analysis of the job advertisements revealed that most of them were for full time entry; associate and mid-senior level management positions and mainly came from the United States and Germany. Text mining analysis resulted in two groups of job profiles. The first group of job profiles was focused solely on the knowledge related to Industry 4.0: cyberphysical systems and the Internet of things for robotized production; and smart production design and production control. The second group of job profiles was focused on more general knowledge areas, which are adapted to Industry 4.0: supply change management, customer satisfaction, and enterprise software. Topic mining was conducted on the extracted phrases generating various multidisciplinary job profiles. Higher educational institutions, human resources professionals, as well as experts that are already employed or aspire to be employed in Industry 4.0 organizations, would benefit from the results of our analysis.

3 Can we Adopt the Toyota Kata for the (Re-)Design of Business Processes in the Complex Environment of a Manufacturing Company?
آیا می توانیم تویوتا کاتا را برای طراحی مجدد فرآیندهای تجاری در محیط پیچیده یک شرکت تولیدی به تصویب برسانیم؟-2020
Innovation is the key to the success of manufacturing companies in an increasingly complex business environment combining volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) characteristics. In manufacturing companies, innovation predominantly involves temporarily destabilizing value-adding processes that are designed and optimized for stability. The Toyota Kata is a holistic management philosophy that strives for stability by providing cybernetic routines. These routines or katas support people in solving complex socio-technical problems in unstable environments. This contribution investigates the adoption of those problem-solving routines for innovating business processes and provides insight into a case in the manufacturing industry.© 2020 The Authors. 4 Effectual and causal reasoning in the adoption of marketing automation
استدلال اثربخش و علیتی در اتخاذ اتوماسیون بازاریابی-2020
Research on technology adoption in organizations traditionally assumes that these organizations follow rational, strategic and planned adoption processes. However, a gradually emerging view is that the adoption of technology is also characterized by entrepreneurial or effectual reasoning, primarily due to technological and market uncertainties that call for more agile and experimental approaches at the digital age. Drawing on effectuation theory, we develop a research framework to examine the managerial reasoning during the adoption of marketing automation technology. Based on the results of a comparative multiple-case study on four large-sized industrial firms, we develop a maturity model of marketing automation adoption and show that even large-sized B2B companies apply effectual reasoning, which problematizes the rationality assumption in the technology adoption literature. Second, we show that during the adoption process, organizations dominant reasoning mode follows an iterative pattern in which the adopting organization moves back and forth between effectuation and causation. Finally, we identify five key domains of marketing automation (customer knowledge, information systems infrastructure, analytics, interdepartmental dynamics and change management) and describe their gradual evolution at different stages of the adoption process.

5 A Training Framework for the Synthesis of a Consistent System of Objectives in Modular Design
یک چارچوب آموزشی برای تلفیق یک سیستم پایدار اهداف در طراحی مدولار-2018
Modular design (MD) enables a set of methods to reduce development costs. There are extensive scientific findings on MD, but in practice, many companies still find it difficult to harvest the full potential of introducing and sustaining MD. One challenge are the highly interactive objectives of MD and the associated products. These different objectives have to be managed in such a way that a consistent System of Objectives is created. To this end, the various stakeholders can develop a common understanding in their MD processes. Consequently, a framework to support a consistent System of Objectives in MD can support this. In this paper a demand and target group oriented training concept to bridge this gap between theoretical findings and in practice-exploited potential as well as to improve the introduction and sustaining of MD is introduced. An important cross-functional insight is thereby how training concepts for Systems of Objectives in modular development can be designed. With expert interviews different requirements, such as “corporate structure”, “dealing with conflicting objectives”, “temporal robustness of products against changes”, “product configuration”, “change management”, “product architecture” and “process integration of suppliers” were identified. Based on these findings a three-stage framework was developed to identify the relevant fields of knowledge for each training concept individually. The training is based on a multi-media approach with participative learning and gamification elements. The concept is modular and round-based, so that the difficulty level can be increased in each round, in order to maximize training effects. It focuses on intra-corporate stakeholder management and communication between different disciplines, such as management and engineering.

6 Open source computer game application: An empirical analysis of quality concerns
برنامه بازی رایانه ای منبع باز: یک تحلیل تجربی از نگرانی های کیفیت-2017
A computer game is one of the major sources of entertainment. People nowadays spend a lot of time while playing computer games. Open Source Software (OSS), despite some reservations on the quality, has been steadily increasing its popularity. The uncontrolled change management foresees an increase in the complexity of the methods and classes in an application, which sometimes result in poor quality. The number of OSS projects dealing with computer game development are on the increase, which lead to more research interests in assessing the quality of OSS resulting products. Some studies that deal with the evaluating the OSS quality, concerns use user’s survey approach focusing on the usability aspects. The empirical investigations to evaluate the quality concerns of the design, using internal code attributes, needs attention of researchers. In this study, we aim to investigate the quality concerns of the design complexity of methods in OSS computer game applications using internal code attributes. We use three quality criteria, namely correctness, reliability and maintainability from the set of six factors of ISO 9126 model. We collect data from 55 OSS computer game applications and use various statistical analysis tech- niques to examine the research question of this study. We conclude that the methods of the OSS com- puter game applications demonstrate an acceptable level of quality in the three criteria of correctness, reliability and maintainability.© 2017 Elsevier B.V. 7 Port governance in Taiwan: How hypocrisy helps meet aspirations of change
حکومت بندر در تایوان: چگونگی ریاکاری به دنبال آرزوهای تغییر است-2017
In Taiwan, significant port reform commenced in 2012 that aspired to enhance port performance and competi tiveness. Previously managed by four units, the ports are now managed by only two: the Maritime and Port Bu reau (MPB) (a port regulator) and the Taiwan International Ports Corporation (TIPC) (a full state-owned company). In this article, we consider the rationale for this reform, the degree of its success and impact, and the challenges of introducing it. We first outline Taiwans main international ports and some basic trends regard ing cargoes, containers, ship numbers and port operation efficiency from 2001 to 2015. Then, drawing on the lit erature, and on Nils Brunssons organisation of hypocrisy, we describe Taiwans pre-2012 approach to port governance and its reforms of 2012. We then detail how we conducted in-depth expert interviews with eight port governance officials, before presenting their thoughts on the hopes, challenges, and future of Taiwans port governance. We draw on Brunssons organisation of hypocrisy to view how Taiwans port reform has con sidered numerous differing stakeholders and perspectives. We discuss how such an approach has allowed Taiwan to aspire to greater competitiveness, but generated challenges such as the need to adjust workforces, and of assessing the impact of reform in Taiwan.

9 Patient Blood Management Bundles to Facilitate Implementation
بسته های کنترل خون بیمار برای تسهیل اجرا-2017
More than 30% of the worlds population are anemic with serious economic consequences including reduced work capacity and other obstacles to national welfare and development. Red blood cell transfusion is the main stay to correct anemia, but it is also 1 of the top 5 overused procedures. Patient blood management (PBM) is a proactive, patient-centered, and multidisciplinary approach to manage anemia, optimize hemostasis, minimize iatrogenic blood loss, and harness tolerance to anemia. Although the World Health Organization has endorsed PBM in 2010, many hospitals still seek guidance with the implementation of PBM in clinical routine. Given the use of proven change management principles, we propose simple, cost-effective measures enabling any hospital to reduce both anemia and red blood cell transfusions in surgical and medical patients. This article provides comprehensive bundles of PBM components encompassing 107 different PBM measures, divided into 6 bundle blocks acting as a working template to develop institutions individual PBM practices for hospitals beginning a program or trying to improve an already existing program. A stepwise selection of the most feasible measures will facilitate the implementation of PBM. In this manner, PBM represents a new quality and safety standard.

10 A unit-level perspective on the long-term sustainability of a nursing best practice guidelines program: An embedded multiple case study
دیدگاه سطح واحد در پایداری طولانی مدت بهترین برنامه دستورالعمل های تجربی سالمندان : یک مطالعه موردی چند جاسازی شده-2016
Background: Best practice guidelines are a tool for narrowing research-to-practice gaps and improving care outcomes. There is some empirical understanding of guideline implementation in nursing settings, yet there has been almost no consideration of the longer-term sustainability of guideline-based practice improvements. Many healthcare innovations are not sustained, underscoring the need for knowledge about how to promote their survival. Purpose: To understand how a nursing best practice guidelines program was sustained on acute healthcare center nursing units. Methods: We undertook a qualitative descriptive case study of an organization-wide nursing best practice guidelines program with four embedded nursing unit subcases. The setting was a large, tertiary/quaternary urban health center in Canada. The nursing department initiated a program to enhance patient safety through the implementation of three guidelines: falls prevention, pressure ulcer prevention, and pain management. We selected four inpatient unit subcases that had differing levels of program sustainability at an average of almost seven years post initial program implementation. Data sources included 39 key informant interviews with nursing leaders/administrators and frontline nurses; site visits; and program-related documents. Data collection and content analysis were guided by a framework for the sustainability of healthcare innovations. Results: Program sustainability was characterized by three elements: benefits, routinization, and development. Seven key factors most accounted for the differences in the level of program sustainability between subcases. These factors were: perceptions of advantages, collaboration, accountability, staffing, linked levels of leadership, attributes of formal unit leadership, and leaders’ use of sustainability activities. Some prominent relationships between characteristics and factors explained long-term program sustainability. Of primary importance was the extent to which unit leaders used sustainability-oriented activities in both regular and responsive ways to attend to the relationships between sustainability characteristics and factors. Conclusions: Continued efforts are required to ensure long-term program sustainability on nursing units. Persistent and adaptive orchestration of sustainability-oriented activities by formal unit leadership teams is necessary for maintaining best practice guidelines over the long term. Leaders should consider a broad conceptualization of sustainability, beyond guideline-based benefits and routinization, because the development of unit capacity in response to changing circumstances appears essential.
