Generation of Accessible Sets in the Dynamical Modeling of Quantum Network Systems

qubits, where information extraction is allowed by performing measurement on several selected qubits of the system.
For a variety of applications, a state space model is a useful
approach to modeling the system dynamics. To construct
a state space model for a quantum network system, the
major task is to find an accessible set containing all of
the operators coupled to the measurement operators. This
article focuses on the generation of a proper accessible set
for a given system and measurement scheme. We provide
analytic results on simplifying the process of generating
accessible sets for systems with a time-independent Hamiltonian. Since the order of elements in the accessible set
determines the form of state space matrices, guidance is
provided to effectively arrange the ordering of elements in
the state vector. Defining a system state according to the
accessible set, one can develop a state space model with
a special pattern inherited from the system structure. As a
demonstration, we specifically consider a typical 1-D-chain
system with several common measurements and employ
the proposed method to determine its accessible set.

A deducing-based reliability optimization for electrical equipment with constant failure rate components duration their mission profile

massive progress. However, high integration of multiple functions like isolationcircuit breaking, data collection
and intelligent control results in low reliabilities. Therefore, a deducing-based reliability optimization for electrical equipment is proposed to enhance the reliability of electrical equipment. The Integrated Isolation Circuit
Breaker (IICB), a classical device of power switch, is taken as the object in this research, and the reliability
analysis is carried out by building the equipment description model of IICB, bringing forth the deduced method,
and taking the constant failure rate components duration their mission profiles as indices for reliability increases.
Next, on the basis of the deduced method, the unit to increase the system reliability can be determined. With the
guidance of the above method, three kinds of reliability optimization schemes are studied, which are formed in
accordance with the topologies of devices, component configurations and redundancy respectively. Finally, the
comparing, analyzing and deducing of the three improving schemes are presented respectively. And an example
is given to prove that the proposed method is feasible and can effectively improve equipment reliabilities, with
valuable guidance for equipment reliability design as well.

Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics: Revised 2021 Standards of Professional Performance for Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (Competent, Proficient, and Expert) in Management of Food and Nutrition Systems

administrative responsibilities for food and nutrition services within an organization. RDNs in MFNS are frequently employed in acute
care, but also expand into a multitude of other settings in which management of nutrition and foodservice is required, for example,
foodservice departments in assisted living and post-acute and long-term care; colleges and universities, kindergarten through grade 12
and pre-kindergarten schools and childcare; retail foodservice operations; correctional facilities; and companies that produce,
distribute, and sell food products. RDNs in MFNS aim to create work environments that support high-quality customer-centered care
and services, attract and retain talented staff, and foster an atmosphere of collaboration and innovation. The Management in Food and
Nutrition Systems Dietetic Practice Group, with guidance from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Quality Management Committee,
has revised the Standards of Professional Performance (SOPP) for RDNs in MFNS for 3 levels of practice: competent, proficient, and
expert. The SOPP describes 6 domains that focus on professional performance: Quality in Practice, Competence and Accountability,
Provision of Services, Application of Research, Communication and Application of Knowledge, and Utilization and Management of
Resources. Indicators outlined in the SOPP depict how these standards apply to practice. The standards and indicators for RDNs in MFNS
are written with the leader in mind—to support an individual in a leadership role or who has leadership aspirations. The SOPP is
intended to be used by RDNs for self-evaluation to assure competent professional practice.

Research on evaluation method of stereo vision measurement system based on parameter-driven
تحقیق در مورد روش ارزیابی سیستم اندازه گیری دید استریو بر اساس پارامتر محور-2021 Stereo vision measurement system is widely used in aerospace manufacturing, intelligent robot and other fields because of its unique advantages. However, when using the stereo vision measurement system for measurement, there is no guidance for the parameter configuration of the measurement system for the scene and task constraints, resulting in the stereo vision measurement system cannot play the maximum performance. In this paper, from two aspects of local measurement of camera parameters and global measurement of system parameters, the relevant model is established to analyze the measurement performance of a single independent camera and the performance of the whole stereo vision measurement system. Firstly, the relationship between single camera calibration parameters and measurement accuracy is analyzed; secondly, the relationship between stereo measurement system parameters and measurement accuracy is analyzed; finally, the stereo vision measurement error function is established to guide the design of measurement system parameters. According to the actual measurement experiment, the correctness of the analysis and the accuracy of the established function are verified, it is efficiently used for guiding the parameter design and camera selection of the measurement system in different measurement scene and task. The adoption of digital technologies in supply chains: Drivers, process and impact
پذیرش فناوری های دیجیتال در زنجیره های تأمین: محرک ها ، روند و تأثیر آن-2021 Digital technologies have been extensively studied in academic research and industry. However, little is known about the adoption of digital technologies in manufacturing firms at a supply chain level. This paper aims to understand why and how manufacturing firms adopt digital technologies, and the impact of the adoption on supply chains. The study uses literature review method, identifies the main drivers of manufacturing firms adopting digital technologies (why), develops a new model of the adoption process (how), and synthesizes the impact of the adoption on supply chains into four aspects (what): supply chain efficiency, supply chain structure, sustainability and innovation. The paper then proposes a conceptual framework consisting of driver, process and impact, and discusses their inter-relationships. The study identifies that the technological intelligence and supply chain cooperation are two important factors and proposes a two-dimentional levels of adopting digital technologies according to their low-to-high degrees. The proposed framework, in particular the levels of digital technology adoption, are novel to the existing literature. Each of the three parts of the framework and their inter- relationships lays a foundation for further empirical studies in this field. This study also provides guidance for practitioners adopting digital technologies for supply chain management and developing appropriate business strategies at different digitalization levels. Empathy in phenomenological research: Employing Edith Steins account of empathy as a practical and ethical guide

intersubjectivity and situated living. Researchers can thereby avoid positioning them as ‘different,’ ‘deviant,’ or

trust to conduct third-party compromise. Governments are concerned about targeted attacks against critical national infrastructures, where compromise can have significant adverse national consequences. In this paper we identify and review advice and guidance offered by authorities in the UK, US, and the EU regarding Cyber Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM). We then conduct a review of sector specific guidance in the three regions for
the chemical, energy, and water sectors. We assessed frameworks that each region’s sector
offered organisations for C-SCRM suitability. Our results found a range of interpretations for
“Supply Chain” that resulted in a diversity in the quantity and quality of advice offered by
regional authorities, sectors, and their frameworks. This is exacerbated by the lack of a common taxonomy to support supply chain procurement and risk management that has led to
limited coverage in most C-SCRM programs. Our results highlight the need for a taxonomy
regarding C-SCRM and systematic guidance (both general and sector specific) to enable controls to be deployed to mitigate against supply chain risk. We provide an outline taxonomy

Mapping global fuel cell vehicle industry chain and assessing potential supply risks
نقشه برداری از زنجیره صنعت خودروی سوختی سوخت جهانی و ارزیابی خطرات احتمالی تأمین-2021 Fuel cell vehicles (FCVs) have the potential to contribute significantly to improving air quality and addressing climate concerns in the future. However, due to the highly dynamic technology and manufacturing developments, there is a lack of understanding of the state- of-the-art global FCV industry chain and associated supply risks. This study fills such a research gap by mapping global FCV industry chain during the period 2017e2019, and assessing the supply risks of relevant key commodities. The results show that significant supply risks existed in global FCV industry chain, especially in upstream commodities like platinum and gas diffusion layer (GDL). The combined indicator of Herfindahl-Hirschman Index and Worldwide Governance-Indicator (HHI-WGI) is used to quantify the supply risks, showing that HHI-WGI of platinum is on the highest level. On the national level, supply risks are identified primarily in platinum for Japan, in vehicles for the United States, and along the entire industry chain for China. Network analysis is conducted to visualize and analyze how countries, companies and commodities are connected, showing that the highest supply risks were identified in GDLs. It is recommended that country-specific measures should be taken to mitigate supply risks, including building up national stocks of critical materials, investing overseas, enhancing the guidance over industry policies, and stepping up infrastructure construction.© 2021 Hydrogen Energy Publications LLC. Application of integrated binocular stereo vision measurement and wireless sensor system in athlete displacement test

studies the measurement and analysis methods of athletes’ movement displacement parameters.
The main purpose is to explore the relationship between sports biomechanical parameters. The
analysis reveals the laws of athletes ’movements, and provides theoretical guidance on athletes’ attitude recognition and physical training. Based on the principle of binocular stereo vision, a noncontact displacement measurement system was developed. The displacement measurement system
uses template matching to extract the image coordinates of the measurement points and restore
the spatial coordinates of the measurement points through European 3D reconstruction, which
improves the practicality of the measurement system. In the cantilever beam vibration test, the traditional displacement sensor and binocular image displacement measurement system are used to
simultaneously measure the cantilever beam displacement. The experimental results show that
the integrated displacement measurement system in this paper has higher accuracy and better stability.

Development and validation of INTENSS, a need-supportive training for nurses to support patients self-management
توسعه و اعتبار سنجی های آمیز، آموزش نیازمندی برای پرستاران برای حمایت از خود مدیریت بیماران-2021 Background: The growing prevalence of chronic illnesses requires nurses to support self-management and help
patients integrate the chronic illness into their life. To our knowledge there are currently no training programs
that combine the necessary components to adequately enhance nurses competencies in self-management
support.
Objective: The systematic development and validation of a need-supportive training in self-management support
for nurses.
Design: A three-phased study, according to van Meijel et al. (2004), with collection of building blocks, design, and
validation of the need-supportive character of the training.
Setting and participants: Eight training groups with 30 nurses, 34 nursing students and nine social healthcare
workers from different nursing colleges in Flanders, Belgium.
Methods: In phase one a literature review, current practice analysis, and problem and needs analysis were per-
formed. In phase two, the INTENSS training intervention was developed, framed within the Self-Determination
Theory and the 5A’s-Model. The training consisted of a basic training module and a video-interaction guidance
module. The intervention was subsequently tested in eight training groups (N = 73). Participants provided
feedback during focus group discussions. The intervention was cyclically adapted to trainees experiences and
suggestions. In phase three, we evaluated the need-supportive character of the training intervention.
Results: Phase one indicated the need for training, since nurses application of self-management support was
limited and practiced from a narrow medical point of view. In phase two we developed a theory-driven and
multifaceted training, building on attitude, knowledge, skills and reflection in the training. The training was
framed within the Self-Determination Theory both at the didactical level as well as on content and format.
Overall, participants appreciated the building blocks of the training as supporting their basic needs for auton-
omy, relatedness and competence.
Conclusions: INTENSS, a multifaceted need-supportive training in self-management support was developed,
