Application of Machine Learning and Big Data in Doubly Fed Induction Generator based Stability Analysis of Multi Machine System using Substantial Transformative Optimization Algorithm
کاربرد یادگیری ماشین و داده های بزرگ در تحلیل پایداری مبتنی بر ژنراتور القایی تغذیه دوسویه سیستم چند دستگاهی با استفاده از الگوریتم بهینه سازی دگرگونی اساسی-2020 With the increase in the amount of data captured during the manufacturing process, surveillance sys- tems are the most important decision making decisions. Current technologies such as Internet of Things (IoT) can be considered a solution to provide efficient monitoring of productivity. In this study, it has suggested a real-time monitoring system that uses an IoT, big data processing and an Offshore Wind Farm (OWF) model is proposed. The Offshore Wind Farm (OWF) is an extended level invasion in modern power electronics systems, in this proposed work Doubly Fed Induction Generator (DFIG) based multi machined OWF was designed, and power stability was analyzed using Substantial Transformative Opti- mization Algorithm (STOA). The Voltage Source Converter (VSC) and High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) system was combined with onshore network. The terminal voltage of onshore network was controlled through Onshore Side Converter (OSC), active and reactive power was regulated separately using VSC. The performance of the onshore network was evaluated under renewable network errors (Total Harmon- ics distortion and steady state error) beside with OWF. The OWF - DFIG active and reactive power was controlled smoothly with in the limit of HVDC, and the power framework security can be updated by controlling the active power of the OSC to help its terminal voltage using STOA methodology. From the voltage control mode, the electrical faults are recovered rapidly with minimum fluctuation. The dynamic simulation comes about additionally demonstrate that onshore network fault can’t impact OWF behind HVDC transmission system. Because of the specialized favorable circumstance, VSC-HVDC innovation, the constancy in OWF is very much ensured against the onshore grid faults. The proposed STOA based sys- tem has validated through simulation in Matlab Simulink environment. General, 97% effectiveness, ac- complished at full load condition in light of the proposed system. The results showed that the IoT system and the proposed large data processing system were sufficiently competent to monitor the manufacturing process. Multi-objective optimization operation with corrective control actions for meshed AC/DC grids including multi-terminal VSC-HVDC
عملیات بهینه سازی چند هدفه با اقدامات کنترل اصلاحی برای مش AC / DC شبکه های شامل چند ترمینال VSC-HVDC-2017 This paper presents a multi-objective optimal operation of meshed AC/DC power grids including multi
terminal voltage-source-converter-based high-voltage direct current (VSC-MTDC) systems. The proposed
approach is modeled as a corrective security-constrained optimal power flow (CSC-OPF) problem, with
the minimization of both the operation cost and power loss as the objectives. Moreover, it provides a
cost-effective solution to assist in decision-making, and improves the system security during operation.
The N 1 contingency security criterion is enforced for both AC and DC transmission networks, and cor
rective control is used to eliminate or alleviate post-contingency security violations. The corrective con
trol actions used in this paper include not only secure operation control actions, but also economical
post-contingency corrective control of the multi-terminal VSC-HVDC. To increase the computation speed,
a contingency screening technique is applied to CSC-OPF by efficiently selecting the most severe case of
the N 1 contingency, as obtained using a voltage security index (VSI). The proposed approach uses the
non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA-II) to find multi-objective OPF solutions by checking the
post-contingency state feasibility while taking into account post-contingency corrective actions.
Simulation results confirm the validity and effectiveness of this approach.

Droop control for loss minimization in HVDC multi-terminal transmission systems for large offshore wind farms
افت کنترل برای به حداقل رساندن از دست دادن در سیستم انتقال چند ترمینال HVDC برای مزارع بزرگ دریایی باد-2014 A control scheme is proposed in order to minimize the losses in multi-terminal HVDC systems for large
offshore wind power plants. This approach is based on two cascaded control schemes. A low level droop
control regulates appropriately the DC current depending on the DC voltage with the purpose ofensuring
a stable voltage in DC system. Another higher hierarchy controller guarantees that power flow is optimal
The proposed scheme enables to perform secondary and tertiary control strategies into the DC grid
taking profit of the advantages of each individual control scheme: the robustness of droop control and
the minimisation of losses ensured by the optimal power flow (OPF) algorithm. Total losses include
transmission losses and converter station losses. A steady state analysis is provided to show the power
flows that minimise several objective functions and dynamic simulations are performed to illustrate the
dynamic behaviour of the control scheme under wind speed changes and communication faults.

Boost inverter-based HVDC transmission system with inherent blocking capability of AC side contribution during DC side faults
افزایش HVDC سیستم انتقال مبتنی بر اینورتر با قابلیت مسدود کردن ذاتی AC سمت سهم در طول خطاهای سمت DC-2014 Semiconductor advancements in the past three decades have positioned the voltage source converter
based HVDC (VSC-HVDC) solution as a practical and popular alternative to its line-commutated converter
high voltage DC (LCC-HVDC) counterpart. The VSC-HVDC systems offer higher flexibility and system
controllability features. One of the important challenges requiring careful investigation in such systems
is the protection against DC side faults. Unfortunately, the VSC is inherently defenseless against such
faults (DC link short circuit or DC cable short circuit). This paper proposes an HVDC system topology,
namely, the boost inverter-based HVDC system (BI-HVDC), which provides complete blocking capability
between the AC grid and the DC side fault. This blocking capability limits the DC fault current level to the
DC capacitor discharge current. Ratings and characteristics of the proposed system compared to other
existing topologies are highlighted in this work. A simulation study is conducted to check the performance
of the proposed system during normal as well as abnormal operating conditions. A comparison between
the performance of the conventional 2-level VSC-HVDC and the proposed system during DC side faults is
also presented. The simulation results elucidate a significant decrease in the DC fault current due to the
blocking capability of the BI-HVDC system during DC side faults

Novel dc/dc choppers with circuit breaker functionality for HVDC transmission lines
رویکرد DC / DC چاپرز با قابلیت قطع کننده مدار برای خطوط انتقال HVDC-2014 This paper proposes two novel dc/dc choppers with dc circuit breaker functionality for HVDC transmission
lines. These converters feature step-up and/or step-down functions with instant interruption of short
circuit faults. Compared to other state-of-the-art converter topologies described in the literature, the
proposed topologies have better control functions, lower manufacturing costs and reduced energy losses.
A double closed-loop controller is designed to regulate the inductor current and output voltage of the
converters. An auxiliary controller is also proposed to ensure proper shut-down of the circuit breaker in
the event of dc short-circuit faults. The simulation and experimental results are presented to validate the
effectiveness of the proposed converter configurations and control scheme.
