Behavioral mechanisms influencing sustainable supply chain governance decision-making from a dyadic buyer-supplier perspective
مکانیسم های رفتاری تأثیرگذار بر تصمیم گیری حاکم بر زنجیره تأمین پایدار از دیدگاه خریدار-عرضه کننده دوگانه-2021 This paper explores the behavioral tendencies of buyer-supplier dyads during sustainable supply chain gover- nance (SSCG) decision-making under the complexity and uncertainty of the sustainable performance of their partners. In doing so, this work builds on Behavioral Decision Theory (BDT), together with the literature on dyadic buyer-supplier relationships, to develop a theoretical framework to examine factors affecting the SSCG decisions of supply chain managers and firm representatives under uncertainty of the sustainable performance of their partners. An experimental vignette methodology (EVM) is used to collect and analyze data from 374 matched buyer-supplier dyads. The findings suggest that behavioral uncertainty could lead to both contractual and relational SSCG. However, the interaction of interpersonal trust and relational experience is critical to shaping the SSCG decision. The findings of the study suggest that behavioral uncertainty does not play significant role in shaping SSCG decisions. However, the interplay with negative relational experience may lead to more contractual SSCG. Furthermore, the degree of interpersonal trust between the buyer and supplier representatives significantly encourages them to opt for more relational SSCG. The study supports that positive relational experience helps to strengthen the trust. Using our findings, supply chain managers and executives should strive to build interpersonal trust between their employees and positive relational experience with their supply chain partners to develop relational SSCG throughout the supply chains. Fuzzy Group Decision Making for influence-aware recommendations
تصمیم گیری گروه فازی برای توصیه های نفوذ-آگاه-2019 Group Recommender Systems are special kinds of Recommender Systems aimed at suggesting items to groups
rather than individuals taking into account, at the same time, the preferences of all (or the majority of) members.
Most existing models build recommendations for a group by aggregating the preferences for their members
without taking into account social aspects like user personality and interpersonal trust, which are capable of
affecting the item selection process during interactions. To consider such important factors, we propose in this
paper a novel approach to group recommendations based on fuzzy influence-aware models for Group Decision
Making. The proposed model calculates the influence strength between group members from the available information
on their interpersonal trust and personality traits (possibly estimated from social networks). The
estimated influence network is then used to complete and evolve the preferences of group members, initially
calculated with standard recommendation algorithms, toward a shared set of group recommendations, simulating
in this way the effects of influence on opinion change during social interactions. The proposed model has
been experimented and compared with related works Keywords: Recommender systems | Group Decision Making | Social influence |

Investigation into the formation of information security influence: Network analysis of an emerging organisation
بررسی شکل گیری تاثیر امنیت اطلاعات : تجزیه و تحلیل شبکه ای از یک سازمان در حال ظهور-2017 While prior research has been examining information security behaviours in mature en
vironments with formal policies and practices, there is less attention paid to new or
transforming environments that lack security controls. It is crucial to understand what factors
affect the formation of an emerging information security environment, so that security man
agers can make use of the forming mechanisms to improve the security environment without
relying too much on enforcement. This research adopts exponential random graph mod
elling to predict the occurrence of information security influence among 114 employees in
a recently established construction organisation. Our empirical findings show that physi
cally co-locating, as well as having specific senior levels and similar tenure can result in
more security influence. Other contributing work relationships include the exchange of work
related advice, interpersonal trust, and seeing others as role model and long-term collaborators.
The structural features of the information security influence network were also exam
ined, which offer strategies for security managers to diffuse security behaviours within
the workplace. Furthermore, specific directions for future network research were elabo
rated in detail.
