1 Facilitating artificial intelligence powered supply chain analytics through alliance management during the pandemic crises in the B2B context
The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted global supply chains and exposed weak links in the chains far beyond what most people have witnessed in their living memory. The scale of disruption affects every nation and industry, and the sudden and dramatic changes in demand and supply that have occurred during the pandemic crisis clearly differentiate its impact from other crises. Using the dynamic capabilities view, we studied alliance management capability (AMC) and artificial intelligence (AI) driven supply chain analytics capability (AI-SCAC) as dynamic capabilities, under the moderating effect of environmental dynamism. We tested our four research hypotheses using survey data collected from the Indian auto components manufacturing industry. For data analysis we used Warp PLS 7.0 (a variance-based structural equation modelling tool). We found that alliance management capability under the mediating effect of artificial intelligence-powered supply chain analytics capability enhances the operational and financial performance of the organization. Moreover, we also observed that the alliance management capability has a significant effect on artificial intelligence-powered supply chain analytics capability under the moderating effect of environmental dynamism. The results of our study provide a nuanced understanding of the dynamic capabilities and the relational view of organization. Finally, we noted the limitations of our study and provide numerous research directions that may help answer some of the questions that arise from our study.

2 Decision-making in cruise operations management: A double-hurdle approach
In the cruise operations management literature, scant knowledge is available regarding the choice of ports-of- call. Hence, insight into cruise lines decisions to visit a given port (or not) through a two-step decision-making process may provide an effective means to inform cruise operations management. Based on a novel perspective on cruise online ratings and reviews, this research applied a Heckman double-hurdle approach to 505 global cruise ports to analyze the patterns of cruise visits. Results revealed that the number of cruise visits were significantly related to cruise port ratings, excursion ratings, and the number of reviews. Next, Sobel-Goodman mediation tests showed that online platforms had substantial mediating effects on cruise port ratings. Further, robustness checks based on two sub-samples demonstrated that the empirical results of the double-hurdle models were reliable. This paper provides the first empirical attempt to demonstrate the nexus between cruise lines and ports in an online platform context. The empirical findings provide implications for source credibility theory andcruise operations management. They are also believed to be useful for researchers in operations management studies, business practitioners in international cruising, policymakers, and port authorities.

3 Criminal offending trajectories from adolescence through young adulthood and the risk of food insecurity: evidence from the Add Health study
Add Health-2020
Purpose: High-rate, persistent criminal offending has substantial negative health consequences. This study examines how criminal offending trajectories during adolescence influence the risk of food insecurity in early adulthood. Methods: The study uses four waves of the National Longitudinal Study of Adolescent to Adult Health to determine the association between criminal offending trajectory membership and food insecurity. The analysis controls for individual- and neighborhood-level risk factors and assesses the mediating effects of depression and household income. Results: Five distinct offending trajectories were established using a group-based trajectory model. Membership in various offending trajectories predicts an increased risk for food insecurity. Those in high-rate, chronic-offending trajectories have the highest risk of food insecurity in early adulthood (OR ¼ 2.062; P < .01). These effects are significantly attenuated by depressive symptoms. Conclusions: This is the first study to test the association between criminal offending trajectory membership from adolescence through young adulthood and the risk of food insecurity in adulthood. Access to nutrition assistance and support among individuals with chronic-offending histories may minimize the risk of food insecurity. Those embedded in disadvantaged contexts are likely at a heightened risk. Improvements to mental health services and employment opportunities may reduce food insecurity among these vulnerable populations.

4 Effects of mobile augmented reality apps on impulse buying behavior: An investigation in the tourism field
Many of todays online services are designed specifically to encourage impulse buying. Moreover, many studies have shown that with the assistance of Mobile Augmented Reality, retailers have the potential to significantly improve their sales. However, the effects of Mobile AR on consumer impulse buying behavior have yet to be examined, particularly in the tourism field. Consequently, the present study integrates the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) framework, and flow theory to examine the effects of Mobile AR apps on tourist impulse buying behavior. The research model is implemented using an online questionnaire, with the results analyzed by Partial-Least-Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. The results obtained from 479 valid samples show that the characteristics of Mobile AR apps play an important role in governing tourist behavior in making unplanned purchases. In particular, as the utility, ease-of-use, and inter- activity of the apps increase, the perceived enjoyment and satisfaction of the user also increase and give rise to a stronger impulse buying behavior. The results also reveal a mediating effect of the flow experience on the relationship between the perceived ease of use of the Mobile AR app and the user satisfaction in using the app. Overall, the findings presented in this study provide a useful source of reference for Mobile AR app developers, retailers, and tourism marketers in better understanding users preferences for Mobile AR apps and strengthening their impulse buying behavior in the tourism context as a result.

5 Does quality stimulate customer satisfaction where perceived value mediates and the usage of social media moderates?
Customer is considered as the king in the world of business. The issue of customer satisfaction in electronics home appliances has received greater attention from academics and practitioners. In other words, customer satisfaction is a vital consideration in marketing. With the development of technology, new and innovative electronic home appliances are available in the market. Customers purchase and use the costly electronic home appliances where the satisfaction issue is an important concern. In Bangladesh, working families find the electronic home appliance very necessary. Companies offer state-of- the-art appliances for customers household works. Therefore, the study intends to investigate the effect of product quality (PQ), quality of service (SQ) and perceived value on customer satisfaction (CS). In addition, this study also seeks this relationship shaped by customers perceived value (CPV) as a key mechanism and interacted by social media usage. A total of 300 households were selected on a judgmental basis from Dhaka city in Bangladesh using a structured questionnaire. Collected data were CB-SEM (AMOS-v24) and SPSS. The findings showed PQ and SQ have positive effects on CS; SQ affects, but PQ does not affect CPV. CPV has a mixing mediating effect on SQ and CS relationship and PQ and CS relationship. Importantly, the positive impact of PQ, SQ and CPV is greater on customers who exhibit higher social media use. The conceptual framework was buttressed by EDT theory. The study contributed to contextual and theoretical knowledge in regards to home appliances. The practicing managers can collect an insight of customer satisfaction for their business.

6 The impact of destination brand authenticity and destination brand selfcongruence on tourist loyalty: The mediating role of destination brand engagement
Brand engagement has become a major topic in brand management, but its application to the tourism industry remains limited. This study proposes an integrated framework for destination brand engagement, with two key drivers (destination brand authenticity and destination brand self-congruence) developed from both destinationled and tourist-centered perspectives and their associated outcomes: revisit intention and recommendation intention. Additionally, the mediating effect of destination brand engagement was examined. The findings indicate that destination brand authenticity and destination brand self-congruence positively influence destination brand engagement, revisit intention, and recommendation intention and that destination brand engagement mediates this relationship. Destination brand authenticity directly influences recommendation intention but indirectly influences revisit intention. Destination brand self-congruence has a direct effect on revisit intention but an indirect effect on recommendation intention. The findings could help destination marketing organizations recognize the importance of destination brand engagement and improve brand performance in destination brand management.

7 The effect of perceived discrimination on future dangerousness of probationers in China:An empirical test of crime labeling theory
Using a survey data of 508 probationers from the judicial bureaus of Jiangsu Province, Guang- dong Province, Yunnan Province and Beijing City, this study examines how the general strain variables (i.e. negative coping style) and the action control variables (i.e. emotion regulation strategies) mediate and moderate the relationship between the perceived discrimination and future dangerousness of probationers. The findings suggest that perceived discrimination is positively correlated with future dangerousness, and negative coping style plays a partial positive mediating role in the relationship between perceived discrimination and future dangerousness. Additionally, emotion regulation strategies can moderate the direct effect of perceived discrimination on future dangerousness and the mediating effect of negative coping style in a negative way. The results of this study further enrich the integrated theory of crime labeling, and offer some guidance for the judicial management and correction strategy of probation correction officials.

8 Factors of fear of crime among Korean citizens: The mediating effect of confidence in the police
Fear can deteriorate communities and erode the quality of life of residents. Some fear of crime literature argues that the police can be a tool for addressing residents’ fear. However, the exact mechanism through which the police affect fear remains unknown. Using data from the 2013 Korean Crime Victim Survey, we examine the potential role that confidence in the police can play in explaining residents’ fear of crime. Our findings suggest that confidence in the police mediates the relationship between some traditional indicators (i.e., informal social control) of fear. How-ever, the persistent effects of other variables (i.e., gender) remain after accounting for confidence in the police. We discuss the implications of these findings for theory, future research, and public policy.

9 Are customers still with us? The influence of optimum stimulation level and IT-specific traits on mobile banking discontinuous usage intentions
Information Systems (IS) and the platforms they provide can be conceived of as a stimulus which engenders customers’ reactions. In this respect, banks could benefit from a keen understanding of consumers’ individual needs in the context of their personality traits in their efforts to optimize the use of IS for service development and management. In accordance with this, the present study adopted the Trait Hierarchical Model (THM) and the Optimum Stimulation Level Theory (OSLT), to explore (1) the influence of Optimum Stimulation Level (OSL), a broad personality trait that determines individuals’ need for stimulation on Mobile Banking Discontinuous Usage Intentions (MBDUI), (2) the mediating effects of stable IT-specific traits – Microcomputer Playfulness (MCP) and Personal Innovativeness in Information System (PIIT) on the OSL – MBDUI relations and (3) the interaction of Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) on the direct and indirect OSL – MBDUI relation. The findings supported most of the hypothesized paths, buttressing the theoretical underpinnings of the THM as well as the OSLT, and empirically extending the OSL framework. The study further outlines practical measures for mbanking service management and directions for future studies

10 The association and mediating mechanism between poverty and poly-victimization of left-behind children in rural China
Poly-victimization of children attracts increasing concerns in China, and a rapid growing number of cases on poly-victimization among left-behind children were reported. This study aims to test the association and mediating mechanism between poverty and poly-victimization of left-behind children in rural China. Representative survey data on left-behind children in rural China was analyzed in this study. Frequency and percentage were reported in descriptive analyses; Logistic Regression and mediating effects analysis were employed to test the association and detailed pathways between poverty and poly-victimization. About 27.50% of left-behind children suffered from at least one kind of victimization, and >10% suffered from poly-victimization (at least two kinds of victimization in the present study). Regression results revealed that poverty was significantly and consistently associated with poly-victimization when controlling for covariates. Furthermore, the mediating mechanism analysis showed that, in the association between poverty and poly-victimization, it is the increased vulnerability from individual (individual psychological and behavioral health) and family (quality of family care) rather than vulnerability from surrounding interactions, plays a significant mediating role. This study stresses the importance of poverty alleviation in policy making for the protection of left-behind children from victimization in China. Also, support from family and school in protecting left-behind children should be paid additional attention.
