1 Sustainable and resilience planning for the supply chain of online hyperlocal grocery services
برنامه ریزی پایدار و انعطاف پذیر برای زنجیره تأمین خدمات مواد غذایی آنلاین بیش از حد محلی-2021
In an uncertain Supply Chain (SC) environment dealing with suppliers and transport-level disruptions in addition to fulfilling customers’ requirements is a complex task. Such challenges are more taxing in case of perishable products SCs. The concurrent effect of all such events affects the economic stability of SC and impedes sustainability on a longer planning horizon. The proposed study presents a case example of e-commerce based SC addressing an operational and distribution planning problem. For this purpose, the study simulates online grocery business operations by proposing a mixed-integer linear programming problem to minimize SCs expected cost. It includes the costs of purchase, transportation, supply-demand mismatch, and cost of economic loss due to the perishable nature of the products. Computational analysis is performed to manifest the performance of the proposed model considering the dataset of a hyperlocal distribution service. The study evaluates the utility of resilience and sustainable strategies to minimize expected economic costs and reduce environmental impacts by effectively managing waste. A backup strategy is devised to promote a resilient SC planning to fight the risk of disruptions and operational failures. Additionally, economic sustainability is achieved by implementing various markdown policies and waste minimization strategies. A sensitivity analysis using MonteCarlo simulation is presented to recognize the impact of operational risk, demand uncertainty, and perishability on the expected cost. Majorly, it contributes to the scant literature of quantitative modeling for the production and distribution of food SC to promote resiliently sustainable planning. Further, the resilient and sustainable strategies, procurement policies, penalty assessment, and markdown due to perishability are some of the key contributions of the study. The discussion provides plenty of opportunities to pursue future studies in operational and distribution management of e-commerce SCs.

2 Stereo disparity optimization with depth change constraint based on a continuous video
بهینه سازی اختلاف استریو با محدودیت تغییر عمق بر اساس یک فیلم مداوم-2021
Three-dimensional reconstruction based on stereo vision technology is an important research direction in the field of computer vision, and has a wide range of applications in industrial measurement, medical image reconstruction, cultural relic preservation, robot navigation, virtual reality and other fields. However, the three- dimensional reconstruction of moving objects usually has poor accuracy, low efficiency and poor visualization effect due to the image noise, motion blur, complex and time-consuming calculation etc. In this article, a disparity optimization method based on depth change constraint is proposed, which utilizes the correlation of the adjacent frames in the continuous video sequence to eliminate mismatches and correct the wrong disparity values by introducing a depth change constraint threshold. The experiments on the video images which are taken by a binocular stereo vision system demonstrate that our method of removing incorrect matches bears satisfactory results and it can greatly improve the effect of the three-dimensional reconstruction of the moving objects.

4 The reduced auditory evoked potential component N1 after repeated stimulation: Refractoriness hypothesis vs: habituation account
کاهش مولفه بالقوه برانگیخته شنوایی N1 پس از تحریک مکرر: فرضیه نسوز در مقابل حساب عادت-2021
Similar to other event-related potential (ERP) components, the amplitude of the auditory evoked N1 depends on the interstimulus interval (ISI). At ISIs > 0.4 s, the amplitude of the N1 increases with longer ISIs, until it saturates at ISIs around 10 s. This amplitude increase with increasing ISI has been conceptualized as a function of N1 recovery or N1 refractoriness. Habituation (as a simple form of learning) represents an elaborated, opposing account for such stimulus repetition effects. For passive oddball experiments (stimulation protocols with frequent standards and rare deviants), the two accounts make different predictions. According to the habituation account, the presentation of small deviants should lead to an increased N1 for subsequent standards (= dishabituation); according to the N1 refractoriness account, there should be no or just minor effects on the N1. In the current study, we tested these predictions and compared the ERPs to standards after small deviants and to standards preceded by other standards. We observed that the ERPs to standards after small deviants were characterized by a small mismatch negativity with an onset latency > 150 ms, but the N1 to standards after deviants did not differ from the N1 to standards preceded by other standards. This negative finding is in line with other previous studies that were also not able to reveal evidence for N1 dishabituation. Aside from this repeated lack of evidence for dishabituation, the N1 habituation account is challenged by the finding that the N1 decrease is stronger for more intense stimuli. Overall, the current and previous findings are more compatible with the N1 refractoriness account, although the mechanisms underlying N1 refractoriness remain to be elucidated. Knowledge about these mechanisms would also help to understand why N1 deficits in schizophrenia are more pronounced at longer ISIs.

: Influenza vaccine supply chains are subject to yield and demand uncertainty, which leads to the mismatch between supply and demand. This paper studies the production and procurement decisions in the influenza vaccine supply chain consisting of a manufacturer facing uncertain production yield and a social planner who faces uncertain demand and is responsible for social infection costs. We develop a novel model framework considering the risks resulting from uncertainties on both supply and demand sides that the manufacturer may delay part of delivery and the social planner may order under or over demand. Based on the framework, we first discuss the production and procurement decision-making problem in a centralized and a decentralized system. By comparing the two systems, we present the existence and extent of the inefficiency in the influenza vaccine supply chain. Further, we propose a procurement strategy that provides the social planner with two ordering opportunities and explore the conditions under which the two members would be willing to accept the strategy. The results show that such a strategy is effective on improving the influenza vaccine supply chain coordination. Additionally, considering large-scale outbreaks of influenza epidemics, we extend the models with a piecewise linear infection probability function to those with a generic one and describe the characteristics of the extended models and their solutions.

6 The CV effect: To what extent does the chance to reorganize depend on a bankruptcy judges profile?
اثر CV: تا چه حد شانس سازماندهی مجدد به مشخصات قضات ورشکستگی بستگی دارد؟-2020
This study explores the link between the individual profiles of French commercial judges and the bankruptcy cases they supervised between 2006 and 2012. A “Curriculum Vitae effect” prevails: the chance to reorganize after filing for bankruptcy varies with the composition of the chambers. We also confirm the existence of a limited (but not marginal) appointment bias, suggesting that bankruptcy cases are not fully randomized across judges. Several variables accounting for the judges’ profiles are found to be significant. The presence of female judges increases the chances of a successful plan (for continuation). We find a similar influence of the judges’ managerial skills and of the highest academic profiles. However, a mismatch between the judges’ profiles (mostly oriented toward big businesses) and bankrupt firms (closer to small and medium-sized enterprises) undermines the probability of reorganizing. We also focus on the two main filters for reorganization: i) the decision to open an observation period, and ii) the court supervision of such a period. Our findings provide normative recommendations to better align lay justice with litigants’ needs. The results from France can be extended to other mixed bankruptcy systems

7 The Evolution-Driven Signature of Parkinson’s Disease
امضای محور تکامل بیماری پارکینسون-2020
In this review,we approach Parkinson’s disease (PD) in the context of an evolutionary mismatch of central nervous system functions. The neurons at risk have hyperbranched axons, extensive transmitter release sites, display spontaneous spiking, and elevated mitochondrial stress. They function in networks largely unchanged throughout vertebrate evolution, but now connecting to the expanded human cortex. Their breakdown is favoured by longevity. At the cellular level, mitochondrial dysfunction starts at the synapses, then involves axons and cell bodies. At the behavioural level, network dysfunctions provoke the core motor syndrome of parkinsonism including freezing and failed gait automatization, and non-motor deficits including inactive blindsight and autonomic dysregulation. The proposed evolutionary reinterpretation of PD-prone cellular phenotypes and of prototypical clinical symptoms allows a new conceptual framework for future research

8 Characterizing customer experience management in business markets
توصیف مدیریت تجربه مشتری در بازارهای تجاری-2020
Managing the customer experience has become a top priority for marketing managers and researchers. Research on customer experience management (CEM) has traditionally adopted a customer’s viewpoint. Few studies have explicitly embraced an organizational perspective, and existing research focuses mainly on business-to-consumer settings. The present study espouses the utility of CEM in business-to-business (B2B) settings on the grounds that interactions in B2B contexts are also “experienced”. It explains how B2B firms can design and manage the customer experience to influence the customer at different touchpoints. The paper develops a comprehensive framework that characterizes CEM in B2B. The paper articulates key challenges for B2B CEM; relationship expectations (mismatches in customer relationships, siloed customer experiences); actor interaction issues (mis- matches across the customer’s journey, lack of touchpoint control); and temporal challenges (dynamics of the customer experience). The paper draws out the theoretical implications and develops managerial implications for B2B firms.

9 Harnessing demand-side management benefit towards achieving a 100% renewable energy microgrid
بهره برداری از مدیریت تقاضا برای دستیابی به سود 100٪ میکروگرید انرژی تجدید پذیر-2020
Optimal sizing with energy management strategy as a transition pathway towards a sustainable 100% renewable energy-based microgrid is investigated in this paper. Due to the challenges of intermittency of renewable energy, microgrid operations are complicated. Hence, in order to overcome some of the challenges facing microgrid planning and operations, optimal capacity sizing incorporated with energy management strategy considering time-ahead generation prediction is proposed. The system model consists of wind turbine (WT), solar photovoltaic (PV) and battery energy storage system (BESS). The generation forecasting output is used to reschedule the flexible demand resources (FDR) to reduce the mismatch between power demand and supply, and optimal sizing of components is performed jointly to determine the optimal capacity values of the PV, WT, and BESS for minimal investment costs. The optimization results for the scenarios with and without load shifting effects of FDRs are determined and analyzed for the case study. From the results obtained, the application of demand scheduling program using the generation forecasting outputs resulted in a cost-saving of 12.41%. The forecasting model is implemented using a random forest algorithm on python platform and the mixed-integer linear program on MATLAB® environment is used to model and solve the capacity sizing problem.

10 The release from refractoriness hypothesis of N1 of event-related potentials needs reassessment
رهایی از فرضیه مقاومتی N1 پتانسیلهای مربوط به رویداد نیاز به ارزیابی مجدد دارد-2020
N1 of event-related potentials (ERPs) is augmented in amplitude in ~50e150 ms by occasional changes (deviants) in the physical features of a sound repeated at intervals of from ~400 ms to seconds (standard). The release-from-refractoriness hypothesis links the N1 augmentation to a deviant-feature-specific neural population that is fresh to fully respond as opposed to a standard-feature-specific neural population that is unresponsive due to its post-response refractoriness. The present work explored this hypothesis in the context of ERP studies, behavioral habituation studies and studies on stimulus-specific adaptation (SSA). The idea of hundreds of milliseconds neural population-level refractoriness was observed to be founded upon negative N1 evidence (no observable effect of dishabituating stimuli on N1 to standards e the null hypothesis retained) and merely supported by positive N1 evidence (null hypotheses rejected). This idea was also found to be directly challenged by positive N1 evidence. No conclusive network- or single-neuron-level evidence was found for the refractoriness. Therefore, the validity of the release-from-refractoriness hypothesis of N1 to guide psychophysiological research needs reassessment.
