مدیریت زنجیره تامین ( SCM ) , به روش یکی از مسائل مهم در جنبه مدیریتی , نقش مهمی در مقابله با مسایل انسانی و مشکلات ایفا می‌کند . به دلیل برخی محدودیت‌ها ( به عنوان مثال , ظرفیت تولید و ظرفیت ذخیره‌سازی ) و خواسته ها( به عنوان مثال , کاهش هزینه و افزایش درآمد ) , مدیران زنجیره تامین همیشه به دنبال بهترین پاسخ به مقدار و نوع ارتباط بین سطوح مختلف SCM هستند . در تحقیقات آتی , یک زنجیره تامین دارو ( PSC ) با سه تابع هدف توسعه‌یافته , با هدف به حداقل رساندن هزینه‌های کلی , خواسته‌های برآورده نشده , و کاهش زمان انتظار در ورودی کارخانه . در تحقیقات آتی , موضوع کلی و تحقیقات در مدل‌سازی PSC و حل مساله مورد بحث قرار گرفته‌اند . سپس یک مدل برنامه‌ریزی غیرخطی با تحقیقات قبلی برای حل کاستی‌های موجود پیشنهاد شده‌است.

2 Efficient and sustainable closed-loop supply chain network design: A two-stage stochastic formulation with a hybrid solution methodology

In recent years, consumers and legislators have pushed companies to design their supply chain networks to consider environmental and social impacts as an important performance outcome. Due to the role of resource utilization as a key component of logistics network design, another primary goal of design is ensuring available scarce resources are used as efficiently as possible across all facilities. To address efficiency issues in a sustainable closed-loop supply chain network, a stochastic integrated multi-objective mixed integer nonlinear programming model is developed in this paper, in which sustainability outcomes as well as efficiency of facility resource utilization are considered in the design of a sustainable supply chain network. In doing so, efficiency is assessed using a bi-objective output-oriented data envelopment analysis model. A hybrid three-step solution methodology is presented that creates a linear form of the original mixed integer nonlinear programming problem using piecewise McCormick envelopes approach. In the second step, an aggregated single objective programming model is derived by exploiting the multi-choice goal programming. Finally, a Lagrangian relaxation algorithm is developed to effectively solve the latter stochastic single objective mixed integer linear programming problem. The application of the proposed approach is investigated with data drawn from a case study in the electronics industry. This case study illustrates how firms may balance sustainability and efficiency in the supply chain network design problem. Further, it demonstrates the integration of efficiency results in improving economic aspects of sustainability as well as social responsibility outcomes, but also highlights the trade-offs that exist between efficiency and environmental impacts.

Abundant traveling wave solutions to an intrinsic fractional discrete nonlinear electrical transmission line-2021
The main idea of this paper is to search for all traveling wave solutions to an intrinsic fractional discrete nonlinear electrical transmission line, which plays a essential role in obtaining the new insights in nonlinear voltage dynamics. We first give a brief introduction how to transform the discrete system into a continuous one, which is described by a fractional-order partial differential equation. After that, this equation is handled by conformable fractional transformation and the complete discrimination system for polynomial method (CDSPM). By applying the advanced method, the whole of the exact traveling wave solutions emerged in existing articles are obtained, especially we obtain the solitary wave solutions and elliptic functions solutions which are hardly founded by other methods. Notably, the elliptic functions solutions in rational form are discovered for the first time. Finally, the electrical characteristics and the fractional nature are revealed via graphical represents. By the depicted graphs, we intuitively observe the existence of the phenomena for periodic wave and solitary wave, and the time-fractional derivative is proved do has important influence on the behaviors of the solutions. Considering the significance of the nonlinear electrical transmission line, the acquired results would have wide application in electrical engineering and nonlinear voltage dynamics, liking analyzing and predicting the complex voltage wave propagation phenomenon in realistic electrical transmission system.

4 Correction of left ventricular doppler echocardiographic measurements for physiological variances using a novel optimized multivariable allometric model in healthy chinese han adults

Most left ventricular (LV) Doppler measurements vary significantly with age and gender, making it necessary to correct them for physiological variances. We aimed to verify the hypothesis that different Doppler measurements correlate nonlinearly with different biometric variables raised to different scaling factors and exponents. In this work, a total of 23 LV Doppler parameters were measured in 1224 healthy Chinese adults. An optimized multivariable allometric model (OMAM) and scaling equations were developed in 70% of the subjects (group A), and the reliability of the model and equations was verified using the remaining 30% of the subjects (group B) as well as 183 overweight subjects (group C). The single-variable isometric model (SVIM) with body surface area (BSA) as a scaling variable was used for comparison. Before correction, all 23 LV Doppler parameters correlated significantly with one or more of the biometric variables. In group B, gender differences were found in 47.8% (11/23) of the parameters and were eliminated in 81.8% (9/11) of the parameters after correction with OMAM. The successful correction rate with OMAM was 100% (23/23) in group B and 82.6% (19/23) in group C. New reference values for corrected Doppler measurements independent of biometric variables were established. The SVIM with BSA successfully corrected none of the 23 parameters. In conclusion, different LV Doppler parameters allometrically correlated with one or more of the biometric variables. The novel OMAM developed in this study successfully corrected the effects of the physiological variances of most biometric variables on Doppler measurements in healthy and overweight subjects, and was found to be far superior to the SVIM. However, whether the OMAM equations can be applied to other ethnicities, obese subjects, and pathological conditions requires further investigation.

5 Solving constrained economic electrical energy generation and CO2 emission dispatch using hybrid algorithm

Carbon foot print is latest hot discussion and all the countries are started the initiation to minimize it. One of the main carbon emission industries is thermal electrical power generating company. For the social welfare the emission has to minimize to maximum extend. The electrical power generation company as well needs to minimize the generation cost for the better operation. Minimizing carbon foot print and minimal power generation cost are opposite to each other. When the optimization focused to minimize the generation cost it lead to increase the carbon foot print and vice versa. This paper addresses the constraint the optimization problem which needs the objective of reducing both emission and generation cost. Electrical power generating cost of thermal power plant is nonlinear and non-convex in nature. Likewise the emission produced by the thermal power plant is complex mathematical problem. Intelligent algorithms are best suitable to solve these types of practical problems. In this paper hybrid of firefly algorithm and differential evolution technique is adopted to find the constrained emission minimization and cost minimization. Firefly algorithm works based on brightness, attractiveness and movement and there is no mutation process. Differential evolution technique has better mutation process and hence this mutation operation of differential evolution technique is introduced with firefly algorithm for the hybrid operation and to get better result. The research work is aimed to reduce the carbon foot print as well the generation cost of the power system.

6 Stable soliton solutions to the nonlinear low-pass electrical transmission lines and the Cahn-Allen equation

The low-pass nonlinear electrical transmission lines and the Cahn-Allen equation are important nonlinear model equations to figure out different tangible systems, namely, electrical engineering, fluid dynamics etc. The contrivance of this study is to introduce advanced Bernoulli sub-equation function method to search for stable and effective solitary solutions of the described wave equations. Stable solitary solutions are reported as an integration of exponential functions, hyperbolic functions, etc., and the graphical implications for specific values of the corresponding parameters are explained in the solutions obtained in order to uncover the inmost structure of the tangible phenomena. It is establish that the IBSEF method is reliable, contented and might be used in further works to found ample novel soliton solutions for other types of NLEEs arising in physical science and engineering.

7 Data Driven Robust Optimization for Handling Uncertainty in Supply Chain Planning Models

While addressing supply chain planning under uncertainty, Robust Optimization (RO) is regarded as an efficient and tractable method. As RO involves calculation of several statistical moments or maximum / minimum values involving the objective functions under realizations of these uncertain parameters, the accuracy of this method significantly depends on the efficient techniques to sample the uncertainty parameter space with limited amount of data. Conventional sampling techniques, e.g. box/budget/ellipsoidal, work by sampling the uncertain parameter space inefficiently, often leading to inaccuracies in such estimations. This paper proposes a methodology to amalgamate machine learning and data analytics with RO, thereby making it data-driven. A novel neuro fuzzy clustering mechanism is implemented to cluster the uncertain space such that the exact regions of uncertainty are optimally identified. Subsequently, local density based boundary point detection and Delaunay triangulation based boundary construction enable intelligent Sobol based sampling to sample the uncertain parameter space more accurately. The proposed technique is utilized to explore the merits of RO towards addressing the uncertainty issues of product demand, machine uptime and production cost associated with a multiproduct, and multisite supply chain planning model. The uncertainty in supply chain model is thoroughly analysed by carefully constructing examples and its case studies leading to large scale mixed integer linear and nonlinear programming problems which were efficiently solved in GAMS framework. Demonstration of efficacy of the proposed method over the box, budget and ellipsoidal sampling method through comprehensive analysis adds to other highlights of the current work.

8 Evaluating Congou black tea quality using a lab-made computer vision system coupled with morphological features and chemometrics

The feature of external shape in tea is a vital quality index that determines the rank quality of tea. The potential of a lab-made computer vision system (CVS) coupled with morphological features and chemometric tools is investigated for evaluating Congou black tea quality. First, Raw images of 700 tea samples from seven different quality grades are acquired using the CVS. The original images collected are processed by graying, binarization, and median de-noising. Then, six morphological parameters (viz. width, length, area, perimeter, length-width ratio, and rectangularity) from the samples are extracted by the shape segmentation of each tea leaf image, and the corresponding feature histogram is obtained. Finally, support vector machine (SVM) and least squares- support vector machine (LS-SVM) are utilized to build identification models based on the histogram distribution characteristic vectors. Three kernel methods (linear kernel, polynomial kernel, and radial basis function kernel) are compared for monitoring tea quality. The results show that the optimal LS-SVM model has a 12% higher correct discrimination rate (CDR) than the SVM model. The polynomial kernel LS-SVM model yields satisfactory classification results with the CDR of 100% based on selected six shape features in the calibration and prediction sets. This work demonstrates that it is feasible to discriminate Congou black tea quality using CVS technology along with morphological features and nonlinear chemometric methods. A new perspective on the sizes of morphological characteristics is proposed as an identifier of Congou black tea quality.

9 Revised notched coating adhesion test to account for plasticity and 3D behaviour

Specialized polyamide-imide coating on a CuSn10Pb10 substrate, a material combination utilized often in modern bearing applications, is fabricated using the solvent casting method. The coating adhesion is studied using the well-known notched coating adhesion (NCA) test. Conventionally, the critical strain required to cause the debond propagation is determined by visual observation and indirectly linked to measured strain data to calculate fracture toughness. Here, digital image correlation (DIC) is used to systemically study the coating deformations during testing that enables quantitative determination of the instantaneous debond length. With the introduced method, the critical strain to induce the debond of the coating and the propagation of the debond can be determined for non-elastically behaving specimens reliably. The coating’s debond onset is studied with virtual crack closure technique (VCCT) here. The method can take 3D effects into account in detail and provides a sophisticated method to determine the critical energy release rate. Additionally, cohesive zone modelling (CZM) is used to simulate debond progression. Nonlinear stress–strain responses are observed taking place both with the coating and the substrate materials. The results emphasize that the coating plasticity has a remarkable role in the test behaviour which needs to be taken into account in the revised analysis.

10 Holistic cognitive conflict chain management framework in supply chain management

Closed-loop supply chains (CLSCs) have received considerable attention because of various economic and regulatory factors. A CLSC is characterized by more complicated network structures and higher uncertainties compared to traditional supply chain networks. Therefore, reliable CLSCs are being increasingly emphasized in academic circles due to the vast impacts of disruptions such as natural disasters and terrorist attacks. This paper studies a reliable location-inventory problem in a CLSC considering the mutual effects between failures of forward and reverse distribution centers (DCs) when they are co-located. The disruption probability of a co-located forward DC is different from that of a standalone forward DC, i.e., probabilistic disruptions are dependent on facility type. The problem is formulated as a nonconvex mixed-integer programming problem. A decomposition approach based on the outer approximation (DOA) algorithm is proposed to address the resulting model. The algorithm alternately solves relaxed master problems (mixed-integer linear programs, MILPs) and two nonlinear programming (NLPs) problems. Extensive numerical experiments are conducted to evaluate the performance of the proposed solution approach, after which managerial insights are explored.
