1 The role and meaning of lessons learned in project knowledge management in organizations in Poland
نقش و معنای درس های آموخته شده در مدیریت دانش پروژه در سازمان ها در لهستان-2021
The aim of this article is to establish the role and meaning of lessons learned collection and application practices in project knowledge management based on an empirical research in organizations running operations in Poland. The analysis conducted for the purpose of this article included hypothesis verification by means of statistical testing performed on data gathered from an online survey distributed among project management professionals in Poland. The testing results revealed that Polish project managers and project team members present positive attitude towards lessons learned practices and that there is a statistically significant correlation between lessons learned collection and application practices and benefits realization in terms of scope, time and budget in projects in the surveyed organizations differentiated by means of sector of operations, project maturity level and organizational culture. Also, specific barriers and obstacles in learning lessons from past experience in project management have been found and correlated with lessons learned collection and application practice.

2 Management accountants and strategic management accounting: The role of organizational culture and information systems

This study aims to contribute to the scant contingency theory literature on the determinants of strategic man- agement accounting (SMA) practices and the role management accountants play. We develop and test a more complex theoretical model than in prior studies, to simultaneously examine the role of three variables: man- agement accountant networking, information systems (IS) quality and organizational culture. These have not been examined in a single model before in the SMA literature. Using data from 149 UK manufacturing business units and the partial least square structural equation modeling, our findings document a positive relationship between management accountant networking and the implementation of SMA practices. However, this rela- tionship is positively moderated by IS quality, which further enables management accountants to implement SMA practices. Unlike IS quality, we do not find empirical support for similar moderating effects by the outcome- oriented culture and innovation-oriented culture. Instead, the innovation-oriented culture has a significant in- direct positive effect on SMA implementation through management accountant networking but not a direct one. In contrast, we find a direct positive impact of outcome-oriented culture on SMA implementation but not an indirect one through management accountant networking. These results suggest that in outcome-driven business units, the implementation of SMA practices may not be limited to the accounting function. Managers in other functions may be motivated to implement SMA practices even when management accountants are not part of the process.

دانشگاه ها و شرکت ها دارای فرآیندهای تصمیم گیری هستند که به آنها اجازه می دهد تا به اهداف سازمانی دست پیدا کنند. در حال حاضر، تحلیل داده ها نقش مهمی در ایجاد دانش، بدست آوردن الگوهای مهم و پیش بینی استراتژی ها ایفا می کنند.این مقاله طراحی چارچوب نظارت هوش تجاری را برای دانشگاه دو لا کاستا ارائه کرده است که به آسانی برای سازمان های دیگر هم قابل استفاده است. برای این منظور، تشخیص انجام شده به منظور شناسایی میزان بلوغ تحلیلی انجام شده است. با استفاده از این چشم انداز، مدلی برای تقویت فرهنگ سازمانی ، زیر ساختارها، مدیریت داده، تحلیل داده و نظارت ارائه شده است.این مدل در بر گیرنده تعریف چارچوب نظارتی، اصول هدایت کننده، استراتژی ها، نهادهای تصمیم گیرنده و نقش ها می باشد. بنابراین، این چارچوب برای استفاده از کنترل های موثر جهت اطمینان از موفقیت پروژه های هوش تجاری و دست یابی به اهداف برنامه توسعه همراه با چسم انداز تحلیلی سازمان ارائه شده است.

4 Applying artificial intelligence to explore sexual cyberbullying behaviour
استفاده از هوش مصنوعی برای کشف رفتار مزاحمت اینترنتی-2020
Sexual cyberbullying is becoming a serious problem in todays society. In the workplace, this issue is more complex because of the power imbalance between potential perpetrators and victims. Preventing sexual cyber- bullying in organizations is very important for a safety and respectful workplace. Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards establish certain policies to be considered to create an organizational culture based on zero tolerance to sexual cyberbullying. The research aims to broaden knowledge about personality and sexual cyberbullying. Therefore, this paper proposes a crucial tool to explore potential sexual cyberbullying behavior. This study analyzed how personality traits, particularly those related to the Dark Triad (psychopathy, Machia-vellianism and narcissism), might influence this behavior. Participants (N ¼ 374) were Spanish young adults, using the convenience sampling to recruit them. The methodology focused on the use of structural equation modelling and ensemble classification tree. First, we tested the proposed hypotheses with structural equation method based on covariance using the Lavaan R-package. Second, for the ensemble of classification trees, we applied the package random Forest and Adabag (bagging and boosting) in R. Results proposed high levels of psychopathy and Machiavellianism are more likely to be related to sexual cyberbullying behaviors. Organizations could use the tool proposed in this research to develop internal policies and procedures for detection and deterrence of potential cyberbullying behaviors. By raising awareness about cyberbullying behaviour including its conceptualization and measurement in training courses, organizations might build an organizational culture based on a respectful workplace without sexual cyberbullying behaviours.

5 The relation between BPM culture, BPM methods, and process performance: Evidence from quantitative field studies

Business process management (BPM) research conceptualizes BPM culture as a type of organizational culture that supports BPM. No quantitative fieldwork has so far examined how such a supporting role manifests itself. We study the relationship between BPM culture, BPM methods, and process performance empirically. Our analysis of multiple survey data sets from a total of 581 practitioners of multiple industries suggests that BPM methods indirectly contribute to process performance by establishing a BPM culture. This finding updates the prevalent assumption that the correct application of methods yields direct performance benefits. We discuss several implications for theory and practice.

6 Finnish forest-based companies in transition to the circular bioeconomy - drivers, organizational resources and innovations

Forest-based businesses are the center of the transition to the sustainable and competitive circular bioeconomy in Finland. This study explores the transition of Finnish FBS firms to new business models, with a focus on the organizational resources and capabilities needed for transition. It also identifies the important elements in the business environment and the role of innovations in this process. The study uses thematic interviews with managers from various FBS firms and companies from interfacing sectors, all of which have operations in Finland. Despite the differences between firms, the study finds many common drivers and resources that FBS companies highlight as significant in the transition. The study results indicate that intangible and human resources are essential for the transition. An innovative, agile, flexible and encouraging organizational culture is a crucial resource. The culture should be supported by non-hierarchical top management and inspiring employees (so-called power people). Communication and marketing skills, and innovations developed by teams with diverse knowledge are essential. To successfully manage the transition, companies need a deep understanding of what the markets and society require, and they must develop long-term competiveness through future-oriented strategic thinking. Pursuing sustainability and innovativeness in internal as well as external organizational environment are essential factors. The study presents insights for the researcher community and many societal actors as well as recommendations for the FBS companies to facilitate the transition to new circular bioeconomy businesses. It also contributes to the resource-based perspectives literature, particularly the dynamic capabilities approach.

7 An environment conducive to bureaucratic innovation?: Exploring the potential for public entrepreneurship within FEMA

The ability of emergency management organizations to perform effectively in the eyes of the public has been argued to stem from organizational culture, and a proclivity to overcome path dependent effects that may inhibit changes to enhance service provision. One mechanism argued to be effective in overcoming organizational path dependence and ineffective service provision is public entrepreneurship. Several contextual characteristics of public entrepreneurship are necessary to spur innovation. This study examines the presence of contextual factors shown to encourage public entrepreneurship within FEMA, which are also applicable to local urban governance. FEMA has long been argued as ineffective and resistant to organizational change. Using a sample of FEMA employees, this study finds that most FEMA employees perceive the organization to be open to public entrepreneurship; however, this perception is influenced by individuals personal characteristics. In addition to findings, this study offers recommendations for future research and implications in the area of public entrepreneurship within emergency management.

8 Frustration-driven process improvement

When employees are empowered to continuously record their employment-related frustrations–—doing so on accessible, visually prominent media–—process improvement becomes upgraded to operate in a truly continuous mode. Frustrations are a superior target of process improvement in that they get at deep-seated concerns of people who have first-order process awareness and are most directly impacted by process failings. Recording frustrations not only provides a sound basis for pressing on to solutions, but it is also cathartic. The act of recording frustrations prominently on company-sanctioned media provides a positive outlet for the frustrations themselves.

9 How cultural impact on knowledge sharing contributes to organizational performance: Using the fsQCA approach

Knowledge sharing is crucial for attaining a competitive edge in organizations. Knowledge and performance motivate organizations to launch new innovative products and services to sustain market advantages among competitors. Many factors have been shown to be determinants for supporting organizational performance growth, one of which is organizational culture. The objective of this paper is to analyze the organizational culture that supports knowledge sharing activities for organizational performance, innovation and strategy. This paper uses a sample of 107 cases to examine the empirical data. The results demonstrate the role of organizational culture with an innovative strategy in knowledge sharing, which directly contributes to the improvement of organizational performance. Using fsQCA, this paper relates the impact of organizational cul ture on the business activities within an organization. The main findings of this paper analyze and test the relation between organizational culture and knowledge sharing components for organizational strategies.

چکیده: هدف - هدف اصلی این مقاله بررسی تأثیر فرهنگ سازمانی بر روی قابلیت پاسخگویی محیطی (ERC)، هم به طور مستقیم و هم از طریق مدیریت دانش (KM) در سازمان های منتخب تحقیقاتی صنعتی ایران (IIRO) است. علاوه بر این، اثرات چهار نوع فرهنگ سازمانی بر ERC و KM در جمعیت ر هدف نیز مقایسه می شود. طراحی / روش شناسی / رویکرد - روابط بین ERC، KM و فرهنگ سازمانی با استفاده از بررسی داده ها از طریق روش مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری در نظر گرفته می شود. پرسشنامه پنج گزینه ای لیکرت به عنوان ابزاري براي ارزیابی متغيرها استفاده شد. نمونه نویسندگان شامل 276 نفر از اعضای 13 سازمان برگزیدۀ هدف می باشد که نام آنها به دلیل توافق قبلی ذکر نشده است. یافته ها - نتایج نشان می دهد که فرهنگ سازمانی رابطه مثبت و معنی داری با ERC، به طور مستقیم و غیر مستقیم از طریق میانجیگری KM دارد. علاوه بر این، در مقایسه با انواع فرهنگ سازمانی دیگر، فرهنگ نوآوری بالاترین همبستگی با ERC، هر دو به طور مستقیم و یا از طریق KM به عنوان یک متغیر واسطه دارد. علاوه بر این، فرهنگ مشارکتی نیز رابطه مستقیم معناداری با ERCدارد، در حالی که فرهنگ سازگاری و اثربخشی به طور غیر مستقیم ارتباط معنا دار و مثبتی با ERC از طریق KM دارد. بنابراین، نتایج این تحقیق شواهد مناسبی ارائه می دهد که ERC می تواند به طور مستقیم توسط فرهنگ نوآوری و KM تحت تأثیر قرار گیرد. اصالت / ارزش - مزیت این مقاله در مقایسه با سایر تحقیقات مربوطه بررسی ERC مبتنی بر متغیرهای مرتبط با فرهنگ و دانش می باشد. بنابراین، می توان پیشینه ERC را گسترش و این می تواند برای مدیران مفید باشد که با شرکت تحقیقاتی صنعتی برخورد می کنند.
