A Reinforcement Learning Approach for Dynamic Multi-objective Optimization
رویکرد یادگیری تقویت برای بهینه سازی چند منظوره پویا-2020 Dynamic Multi-objective Optimization Problem (DMOP) is emerging in recent
years as a major real-world optimization problem receiving considerable
attention. Tracking the movement of Pareto front efficiently and effectively
over time has been a central issue in solving DMOPs. In this paper, a
reinforcement learning-based dynamic multi-objective evolutionary algorithm,
called RL-DMOEA, which seamlessly integrates reinforcement learning framework
and three change response mechanisms, is proposed for solving DMOPs.
The proposed algorithm relocates the individuals based on the severity degree of
environmental changes, which is estimated through the corresponding changes
in the objective space of their decision variables. When identifying different
severity degree of environmental changes, the proposed RL-DMOEA approach
can learn better evolutionary behaviors from environment information, based on
which apply the appropriate response mechanisms. Specifically, these change
response mechanisms including the knee-based prediction, center-based prediction
and indicator-based local search, are devised to promote both convergence
and diversity of the algorithm under different severity of environmental changes.
To verify this idea, the proposed RL-DMOEA is evaluated on CEC 2015 test
problems involving various problem characteristics. Empirical studies on chosen
state-of-the-art designs validate that the proposed RL-DMOEA is effective in

Entrepreneurship and management education: Exploring trends and gaps
کارآفرینی و آموزش مدیریت: بررسی روندها و شکاف ها-2020 Entrepreneurship education is one of the most popular management education subjects due to its ability to link practice with theory. Despite its popularity, research on the topic is still in its in- fancy due to the interdisciplinary nature of the field that makes it unique to study. The aim of this editorial article is to highlight how entrepreneurship education needs to change based on the digital transformation made necessary by the recent COVID-19 crisis. The importance of embedding an entrepreneurship perspective within educational practices is stated that highlights the diversity of the field. The different theoretical underpinnings of entrepreneurship education are also highlighted that suggest a need to think in new directions about possible future peda- gogical approaches. This means it is important to stress the research streams that need more attention based on crisis management techniques in order to deal with the current COVID-19 pandemic. The article makes several suggestions that make it evident that there is merit in introducing novel perspectives that change the nature and way entrepreneurship education is understood in society. Covid-19 and entrepreneurship education: Implications for advancing research and practice
Covid-19 و آموزش کارآفرینی: پیامدهای پیشرفت تحقیق و عمل-2020 This article aims at critically examining the linkage between entrepreneurship education and COVID-19 in order to help understand future research and practice paths. Due to the large global impact COVID-19 has had on society, new entrepreneurial education management practices are required to deal with the change. To do this, this article discusses why COVID-19 can be a transformational opportunity for entrepreneurship education research due to the new thought processes raised by the pandemic. The article suggests several assumptions that have changed as a result of COVID-19 and how entrepreneurship education is required in order to help solve the pandemic. By doing this, the article suggests that more entrepreneurship education research embedding a COVID-19 context is required to breakthrough new frontiers and reset the research agenda. By taking an entrepreneurial stakeholder perspective that looks at entrepreneurship education as a holistic process, an enhanced analysis of how response mechanisms including recovery and change are conducted can be made. This enables a way to view the COVID-19 crisis as an opportunity for more attention placed on the importance of entrepreneurship education for society. Oil price shocks and Chinese banking performance: Do country risks matter?
شوک قیمت نفت و عملکرد بانکی چین: آیا ریسک های کشور مهم است؟-2019 This paper contributes to the existing literature by investigating the impacts of oil prices on bank performance
through a broad array of CAMEL (Capital adequacy, Asset quality, Management, Earnings, and Liquidity) indicators
in China over the period 2000–2014. To gain further insights into this issue, we also discuss whether the
correlations changewith different dimensions of country risk, i.e., economic, financial, and political,which extant
studies ignored. The results reveal that oil prices have a significant impact on banking performance, as their
increase triggers a reduction in banking performance in terms of capitalization, management efficiency, earning
power, and liquidity. However, these adverse effects are mitigated by country stability, especially economic
stability and political stability. These results are important for policy makers who should be cautious when
formulating a strategy for macroeconomic stability. From the managerial perspective, bank managers should
consider establishing early warning and response mechanisms on the back of oil price shocks in order to operate
