How does new environmental law affect public environmental protection activities in China? Evidence from structural equation model analysis on legal cognition
To investigate the validity of Chinese law enforcement from the publics perspective, this research applies the theory of planned behavior, and introduces law as a moderator variable to explore the determinants of publics environmental behaviors. Results from an empirical study of China indicate that perceived behavioral control, subjective norms, inward attitude, and outward attitude all have positive impacts on environmental intentions and indirectly affect the citizens environmental behavior and activists environmental behavior. Meanwhile, legal cognition positively moderates the relationship between environmental intentions and behaviors. As the level of the publics legal awareness increases, the direct effect of these two types of environmental intentions on environmental behaviors respectively continues to increase. Based on the findings, some constructive implications are provided to the governments and legislators to strengthen public participation in environmental protection.

Perception-based model for analyzing the impact of enterprise blockchain adoption on SCM in the Indian service industry
Permissioned blockchain utilized by any organization is commonly known as Enterprise Blockchain (EBC). EBC represents a popular investment option as enterprise system in the service industry. This paper aims at analyzing the perception of EBC among practitioners in service industry. As significant hype prevails about EBC usefulness in service industry, we examine if the perception of the usefulness of EBC among practitioners is borne out of knowledge of theoretical benefits of EBC, or is it borne out of the hype. A scale for measuring EBC benefits is developed. In order to test the hypothesized relationships, structural equation modelling (SEM) is used. We extend the concept of perceived usefulness from technology acceptance model for service supply chain management (SCM) and measure the perceived usefulness of EBC for six supply chain dimensions in the service industry. We examine if the service industry managers perceive EBC to be profitable based on the practical usefulness of EBC in various dimensions of service SCM. Moderating effects of 5 factors are analysed on relationships of our research model. This paper provides insights about the dimensions of service SCM, in which service industry practitioners perceive EBC to be useful and may contribute to increment in organization’s profitability.

The Relationship Between Knowledge Management and Innovation Performance
This study examines the quantitative relationship between knowledge management, innovation, and performance. We aim to shed some light on the consequences of Knowledge Management (KM) activities on firms innovation and performance. Organizations are unaware of real im plications of KM. According to the literature review, we develop a research model showing a positive relationship between knowledge management, and performance as well as its impact on innovation, which in turn contributes to the firms performance. Using data from 120 firms that are members of the Iranian Power Syndicate, this model was tested empirically. Based on the Structural Equation Model (SEM) results by Partial Least Square (PLS) method, research hy potheses were supported. Results show that KM activities impact innovation and organizational performance directly, and indirectly through an increase in innovation capability. It is found that knowledge creation, knowledge integration, and knowledge application facilitate innovation and performance. Knowledge creation has more significant effects on innovation speed, innovation quality, and innovation quantity, whereas innovation quality, knowledge creation, and knowl edge integration has more significant effects on performance. Findings presented in this paper may help academics and managers in designing KM programs to achieve higher innovation, effectiveness, efficiency, and profitability.

An analysis of institutional pressures, green supply chain management, and green performance in the container shipping context
This paper presents a study which utilized a conceptual framework with institutional the ory as its base to empirically evaluate the impact of institutional pressures, internal green practices, and external green collaborations on green performance. Factor analysis was employed to identify the key institutional pressures (i.e. coercive, normative and mimetic pressures), internal green practices (i.e. green shipping practices and green operations), external green collaborations (i.e. green collaboration with supplier, green collaboration with partner, and green collaboration with customer), and green performance (i.e. reduc tion of pollutants, and perceived green brand) dimensions. We collected data from survey ees employed by 129 container shipping companies and agencies in Taiwan, and applied a structural equation model (SEM) to test the research hypotheses. The findings revealed that institutional pressures have positive effects on internal green practices; internal green practices positively influence external green collaborations; internal green practices and external green collaborations positively influence green performance but institutional pressure is not positively associated with external green collaborations. Theoretical contri butions and managerial implications are presented to help container shipping operators improve green performance.

Impact of government policy and environment quality on visitor loyalty to Taiwan music festivals: Moderating effects of revisit reason and occupation type
Tourists' repeat patronage is a prerequisite for sustainable festivals. Past studies have examined tourist cognition, affection, and conation to festivals. Government involvement in festivals has increased during the past decade; however, few studies have examined how government policy and environment quality influence visitor loyalty to festivals. Using sample data collected from 931 visitors during spring music festivals held in Southern Taiwan, this study used a structural equation model (SEM) with latent variables to examine these influences. The results suggest that government policy positively influences perceived environment quality, visitor satisfaction, and loyalty to festivals. Furthermore, the results from a multigroup SEM approach reveal that tourists' revisit reason (revisit festival versus other) and occupation type (student versus nonstudent) moderate the relationships between government policy and festival loyalty. Implications on festival planning and government policymaking are discussed.© 2015 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
