از تامین‌کنندگان از طریق مونتاژ و پخش خریدار، مدیریت زنجیره تامین (SCM) به اجتناب از اداره مواد می‌پردازد و با استفاده از داده‌ها به پشتیبانی از شبکه تولید می‌پردازد. SCM با مدیریت سر و کار دارد و جریان‌های اقلام را تغییر می‌دهد به عبارتی دیگر به مراقبت از مرجوعات مشتری و استقاده مجدد از اقلام دور انداخته شده می‌پردازد. SCM عمدتا با موجودی‌ سر و کار دارد و به مدیریت موجودی کالا در نواحی مختلفی می‌پردازد که این نواحی باید به شکلی مرتب هماهنگ شوند و برای شرکت‌های مختلف به هماهنگی مواد خام، تراکنش‌های مالی و داده‌ها می‌پردازد. بنا به دلایل مختلفی SCM در طی سال‌ها هواداران زیادی پیدا کرده است. حرکتی که توسط یک فرد انجام می‌شود می‌تواند تاثیر بالایی در SCM داشته باشد که این موضوع برای مدیران حوزه کسب و کار به خوبی شناخته شده است. از موجودی به شبکه‌های رقابتی، رقابت شرکت‌ها با یکدیگر با ایجاد هم چشمی ایجاد شده است. برای توسعه، شرکت‌ها ضایعات را تخریب می‌کنند و با ارائه‌دهندگان و مشتریان برای خدماتی بهتر هماهنگ می‌شوند.

2 The future and social impact of Big Data Analytics in Supply Chain Management: Results from a Delphi study

The continuously growing amount of available data has accelerated the emergence of numerous business in telligence applications that are summarized under the term Big Data Analytics (BDA). BDA is especially relevant to the domain of Supply Chain Management (SCM) as it provides the tools to support decision-making in in creasingly global, volatile and dynamic value networks. However, its application challenges traditional in stitutional arrangements as well as roles that are related to the management of data. The underlying empirical study addresses this challenge with the application of a multi-method approach that is embedded in Organizational Information Processing Theory (OIPT). A Delphi survey was conducted to integrate expert as sessments of projections up to the year 2035 and fuzzy c-means clustering was applied to identify future sce narios that span the future of BDA in SCM. The study suggests that BDA will improve demand forecasts, reduce safety stocks and improve the management of supplier performance. However, supply chain (SC) processes will become increasingly automated and traditional tasks of SCM will be partially substituted as a result. Consequently, the transition of the traditional role of SCM within organizations will increase the importance of human intuition, trust and strategic decision-making.

3 Open source ERP business model framework

ERP systems became popular with large organizations in the 1990s. In the 21st Century, these products were expanded by addition of supply chain management (SCM) and customer relationship management (CRM), as well as access through the Web, creating the ERP II concept. Efforts to increase the market led vendors to serve not only large organizations, but also focus more on small-to-medium sized enterprises (SMEs). Open source software has become a player in the field of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. While it is still unclear to what extent it has diffused among organizations, it is clear that opportunities exist. New ways of delivering ERP software, such as software as a service (SaaS) have appeared. Some smaller vendors utilized a free distribution system (Free/Open Source ERP, FOS-ERP) for their source code, relying on various business models for corporate success. There also have been attempts to generate FOS-ERP components found on sites such as SourceForge.com that are not only distributed freely, but also were developed through community participation much as Linux has been developed. Some ERP vendors use community developed components for various purposes to support their proprietorial software. Thus one dimension of ERP systems is based upon who directs the development process. Proprietorial ERP refers to systems with closely held intellectual property rights, such as the leading market products by SAP and Oracle as well as many smaller proprietorial competitors. FOS ERP can be community based, or sponsored by some organization. In this paper we present a framework that aims at analyzing FOS-ERP business models. Goals include dis cussing the differences between FOS-ERP and their proprietary equivalents (P-ERP) in terms of business models, selection, customization, and evolution. We will discuss challenges and opportunities that they offer to adopters and vendors.

4 Green supply chain design: A mathematical modeling approach based on a multi-objective optimization model

Increasing levels of industrialization of developed nations associated with globalization trends have been creating new challenges to supply chain management (SCM). For decades, the main focus of SCM has been on efficient ways of managing the flows through complex networks of supplier, producers and customers. More recently, and as a result of the exponential increase of energy and materials con sumption rates of energy and materials, sustainable development arise as an urgent issue and new ap proaches to SCM are required to incorporate environmental and economic concerns in the design of supply chains. In this paper, a new green supply chain (GSC) design approach has been proposed to deal with the trade-offs between environmental and financial issues in order to reduce negative impacts on the environment caused by the increasing levels of industrialization. The new approach incorporates a closed loop network to accommodate the reprocessing paradigm of disposal products and a multi-ob jective optimization mathematical model to minimize overall costs and carbon dioxide emissions when setting the supply chain. Optimization process is performed using three scalarization approaches, namely weighted sum method, weighted Tchebycheff and augmented weighted Tchebycheff. Computational results are analyzed to identify the advantages and drawbacks of each approach. The model was tested in a case study and results allowed to identify the capability of the model to deal with the trade-offs be tween the costs and environmental issues as well as to identify its main limitation when addressing real size problems.

5 From a systematic literature review to integrated definition for sustainable supply chain innovation (SSCI)

The vast majority of supply-chain literature has focused on supply chain management, innovation and sustainability, separately. However, little supply-chain research focuses on innovation under the supply chain context, which is expected to deliver a sustainable outcome. Is it a great research opportunity to explore or a subject unworthy of studying? This paper offers a systematic literature review considering 107 related papers published from 1996 to 2014. In this review, both descriptive and thematic analyses demonstrate it to be a great research opportunity worthy of exploring. A conceptual framework con taining the definition of sustainable supply chain innovation (SSCI) and its distinctive characteristics are proposed and identified. Furthermore, some opportunities for the research in future, such as antecedents to SSCI, are suggested and discussed in this paper. Both academics and practitioners in companies might find this review useful as it stimulates further research and guides sustainable supply chain innovation.

6 To identify the critical success factors of sustainable supply chain management practices in the context of oil and gas industries: ISM approach
شناسایی عوامل موفقیت بحرانی شیوه های مدیریت زنجیره تامین در زمینه صنایع نفت و گاز: رویکرد ISM-2017
The concept of sustainable supply chain management (SSCM) has been considered as an important organizational philosophy to achieve profits by reducing environmental risk and impact while improving the economic and social efficiency factors (ESEF). The objective of this paper is to present an approach to identify the critical success factors (CSFs) of motivation and encouragement, for the successful implementation of SSCM practices in Indian oil and gas industries. 32 CSFs were identified from the literature and opinions of academicians and industry practitioners. The Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) methodology was used for establishing the mutual relationships among the drivers, which not only helps in understanding the relative relationship between the CSFs but also in determining their interdependence while implementing sustainability. Further, the importance of CSFs with respect to sustainability was identified based on their driving and dependence power by using MICMAC analysis. “Global Climatic Pressure and Ecological Scarcity of Resources” was determined to be the most influential criterion that may force industries to implement sustainable practices. An example of Indian oil and gas industry has been presented to show the real-world applicability of the proposed model. This study may help academicians, government regulators, and practitioners to emphasize their efforts towards imple mentation of SSCM at various levels of organization.

7 What are causes of cash flow bullwhip effect in centralized and decentralized supply chains?
علل اثرگذاری جریان پول نقد در چرخه عرضه متمرکز و غیر متمرکز چیست؟-2017
Bullwhip effect in supply chain is a phenomenon which can emerge in both inventory lev els and replenishment orders. Bullwhip effect causes variations in cash conversion cycle (CCC) across cash flow of supply chain. As a result, it can lead to inefficiencies such as cash flow bullwhip (CFB). Due to negative impact of CFB on cash flow of supply chain, it can lead to a decrease in efficiency of supply chain management (SCM). That is why sup ply chain modeling is a proper start point for effective management and control of the CFB. This paper aims to analyze concurrent impact of causes of inventory bullwhip effect and effect of their interactions on CFB based on generalized OUT policy from aspect of CCC variance. To this end, first we develop system dynamics structure of beer distribution game as simulation model which includes multi-stage supply chain under both central ized and decentralized supply chains. Then, in order to develop CFB function, we design experiments in developed simulation model using response surface methodology (RSM). Results demonstrate that if each chain member uses generalized OUT policy as replen ishment model, there still exists CFB in both chains and CFB largely stems from rationing and shortage gaming in both centralized and decentralized supply chain. In addition, when information on ordering parameters are not shared among members, parameters of down stream stage (i.e. retailer) are more important than parameters of upstream stage (i.e. man ufacturer) in reducing CFB function.

10 Issues in Supply Chain Management: Progress and potential

In a 2000 article in Industrial Marketing Management, “Issues in Supply Chain Management,” Lambert and Cooper presented a framework for Supply Chain Management (SCM) as well as issues related to how it should be imple mented and directions for future research. The framework was comprised of eight cross-functional, cross-firm business processes that could be used as a new way to manage relationships with suppliers and customers. It was based on research conducted by a team of academic researchers working with a group of executives from non-competing firms that had been meeting regularly since 1992 with the objective of improving SCM theory and practice. The research has continued for the past 16 years and now covers a total of 25 years. In this paper, we review the progress that has been made in the development and implementation of the proposed SCM frame work since 2000 and identify opportunities for further research.
