A study related to product service systems (PSS), SERVQUAL and knowledge management system (KMS) – A review
مطالعه مربوط به سیستم های خدمات محصول (PSS)، SERVQUAL و سیستم مدیریت دانش (KMS) - یک مرور-2021 PSS is a growing field of research in industry practice in today’s global economy. It is a new trend that has
an impact on both the production and consumption of resources. PSS aims at a more profitable and conservational usage of products. While in the past providing services was one of the strategies attained to
differentiate in competition, however today providing a product together with many services has become
a standard practice in the product industry. To remain competitive, manufacturers are forced not only to
produce a competitive product however rather a superior PSS.PSS are outlined as life cycle bound combinations of a product and completely different services, having sophisticated networks, that comprise a
manufacturer as a provider and also as a repair partner. To enable the applicability of a PSS in an industry,
it is essential to evaluate the system using metrics – the SERVQUAL MODEL, which defines ‘‘The quality as
the difference between the customers’ expectations & perceptions concerning the services delivered to
them” [1]. It is catered to measure quality by capturing the expectancy – confirmation paradigm which
suggests the consumer’s perceived quality of how well a given service delivery meets their expectations
of that delivery. So this SERVQUAL metric is used to determine the level of quality in the industry and the
five dimensions are such as tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance & empathy are measured
using a five-point Likert scale. Since, organizations are more and more moving towards knowledgebased strategies, developing and managing knowledge is essential for improving the organizational performance as well as for enhancing decision-making process. This paper presents a review on the use of a
knowledge management practice in PSS for industries to store, share and utilize knowledge for enhancing
creativity & innovation in their service systems. An efficient review of the literature has been conducted
in the academic and scientific databases taking into account the date of publication of the articles titled
PSS, SERVQUAL and KMS from 2009 to 2020. To achieve the review process, all selected articles have been
categorized by publication year, the objectives of the research, the methodology used, the results, conclusion and future scope of their research are presented on a broader scale [16]. Therefore, this paper presents an overview of the literature on PSS and the evaluation methods using SERVQUAL MODEL and the
role of knowledge management in PSS and the appropriate ideas for conducting research in the future.

Thou shalt not steal: Taking aversion with legal property claims
دزدی نکن: نفرت گریزی با ادعای مالکیت قانونی-2019 Do people have an innate respect for property? In the literature, there is controversy about
whether human subjects are taking averse. We implemented a dictator game with a symmetric
action space to address potential misconceptions and framing and demand effects that may be
responsible for the contradictory findings. Misconceptions can occur as a result of unclear
property rights, while framing and demand effects can occur if anonymity is not preserved. Our
paper is the first to implement both a strict double-blind anonymity protocol and clear property
rights. We established clear property claims by asking subjects in our legal treatment to bring
their own property to the experiment. In the effort treatment, the experimenter transferred the
property publicly to subjects after they completed a real effort task. Our data suggest that without
social enforcement, respect for property is low. Yet, the taking rate significantly differs from the
theoretically predicted maximum. Consistent with the Lockean theory of property, respect for
property grows when the entitlement is legitimized by the labor the owner had to invest to

Implementing healthcare services on a large scale: Challenges and reme dies based on blockchain technology
اجرای خدمات مراقبت های بهداشتی در مقیاس گسترده: چالش ها و مرگ و میرها براساس فناوری بلاکچین -2019 The accessibility of electronic healthcare data is necessary for effective treatment, policy decisions, and healthcare information exchange. Due to the intangibility of digital data, healthcare information is also prone to privacy-breach and security attacks. Further, the importance of immutability and privacy of healthcare data becomes colossal when a nationwide healthcare and wellness scheme is planned to be implemented. Providing quality healthcare services to such an enormous population size is challenging and requires proper technological infrastructure. The cooperation from the society is equally important to lay such a copious architecture on which the healthcare services should seamlessly run. Objective: To assess the social and technical challenges that lie ahead in implementing large-scale com- prehensive healthcare services and suggest a technology-intervening solution to serve the society at large. Method: This study considers India’s National Health Policy (2017) initiatives. The social and technical hurdles in implementation of the schemes are discussed, and AarogyaChain, a Blockchain technology- based solution is proposed to eliminate the health policy implementation hiccups. Result: We find that the scalability is a primary concern in implementing healthcare services on blockchain at such a large scale. We experimented by creating a blockchain and found that the system throughput is a function of the number of special nodes called ordering nodes, and a trade-offis required to balance between time-to-commit and system’s fault tolerance. Conclusion: Blockchain provides a secure and transparent system of integrated healthcare services that keeps patients at the center and provides for corruption intolerant and efficient implementation of na- tionwide health-insurance programs. Archaeological tourism: A creative approach
گردشگری باستان شناسی: یک رویکرد خلاق-2017 This theoretical paper conceptualises the role of tourism providers in facilitating creative
tourism experiences by focusing on their ingenious enterprise, which we argue can help
capture the tourism potential of intangible archaeological heritage. Intangible archaeolog
ical heritage can be understood as knowledge emanating from actors’ own interpretation of
archaeological sites that have either become physically inaccessible or been destroyed
since initial exploration. Archaeological heritage is often equated with tangibility, which
results in an omission of experiences that intangible archaeological heritage can offer. By
proposing a rethinking of the archaeological tourism framework, we argue that the touris
tic value of both tangible and intangible archaeological heritage is better realised and can
be further utilised to study the easily overlooked aspect of providers’ ingenuity.

بررسی رابطه بین چرخه های تجاری و نوع ساختار سرمایه در صنعت کشتی رانی بین المللی
سال انتشار: 2015 - تعداد صفحات فایل pdf انگلیسی: 8 - تعداد صفحات فایل doc فارسی: 22 در پژوهش¬های مربوط به نوع ساختار سرمایه، متغیرهای اندازه بنگاه، سودآوری و مشهود بودن دارایی به عنوان عوامل اصلی تعیین¬کننده ساختار سرمایه شناخته شده است. نظریات مبادله و سلسله¬مراتب در زمینه ساختار سرمایه بهینه روابط متناقضی را بین هر یک از این عوامل تعیین¬کننده و اهرم بنگاه پیش-بینی کرده¬اند. هدف ما این است که نتایج متناقض موجود در منابع را با در نظر گرفتن تأثیر مراحل مختلف چرخه اقتصادی بر نوع ساختار سرمایه در محیطی با مالکیت متمرکز تلفیق کنیم. با بررسی 117 شرکت کشتی¬رانی ثبت¬شده بین¬المللی (در حدود 60% از کل جامعه) عوامل احتمالی تعیین¬کننده نوع ساختار سرمایه را در دوران توسعه (فصل چهارم سال 2003)، رونق (فصل چهارم سال 2007)، رکود (فصل چهارم سال 2008) و حرکت بدون روند (فصل چهارم سال 2010) بررسی می¬کنیم. یافته¬های ما مبنی بر این که اندازه، مشهود بودن و عملکرد شرکت جزء عوامل اصلی تعیین¬کننده ساختار سرمایه در بخش کشتی¬رانی هستند، با منابع همخوانی دارد. برای برآورد برهم¬کنش بین نوع ساختار سرمایه، سودآوری شرکت و ساختار مالکیت از روش گشتاورهای تعمیم¬یافته (GMM) استفاده کردیم. مدل ما ادعا می¬کند که بین اهرم و سودآوری و بین اهرم و مالکیت متمرکز در دوره رونق سال 2007 ارتباط مثبت دوطرفه وجود دارد اما ارتباط بین این متغیرها در سایر دوره¬ها منفی و دوطرفه است. نتیجه گرفتیم که انگیزه مالک کشتی در طول مراحل مختلف چرخه تجاری در کنار تمرکز مالکیت بخش عمده ارتباط بین سودآوری و اهرم را در بخش کشتی¬رانی توضیح می¬دهد.
