91 COVID-19 pandemic related supply chain studies: A systematic review
The global spread of the novel coronavirus, also known as the COVID-19 pandemic, has had a devastating impact on supply chains. Since the pandemic started, scholars have been researching and publishing their studies on the various supply-chain-related issues raised by COVID-19. However, while the number of articles on this subject has been steadily increasing, due to the absence of any systematic literature reviews, it remains unclear what aspects of this disruption have already been studied and what aspects still need to be investigated. The present study systematically reviews existing research on the COVID-19 pandemic in supply chain disciplines. Through a rigorous and systematic search, we identify 74 relevant articles published on or before 28 September 2020. The synthesis of the findings reveals that four broad themes recur in the published work: namely, impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, resilience strategies for managing impacts and recovery, the role of technology in implementing resilience strategies, and supply chain sustainability in the light of the pandemic. Alongside the synthesis of the findings, this study describes the methodologies, context, and theories used in each piece of research. Our analysis reveals that there is a lack of empirically designed and theoretically grounded studies in this area; hence, the generalizability of the findings, thus far, is limited. Moreover, the analysis reveals that most studies have focused on supply chains for high-demand essential goods and healthcare products, while low-demand items and SMEs have been largely ignored. We also re- view the literature on prior epidemic outbreaks and other disruptions in supply chain disciplines. By considering the findings of these articles alongside research on the COVID-19 pandemic, this study offers research questions and directions for further investigation. These directions can guide scholars in designing and conducting impactful research in the field.

92 Sustainable supply chain management considering technology investments and government intervention
With the aggravation of the global environmental crisis, consumers are keen to use green products, and enterprises are more committed to technology investment and innovation to meet consumers’ green preferences. This study considers a supply chain system composed of one manufacturer and one retailer, where the manufacturer invests in green emission reduction technology (GERT) to reduce carbon emissions, and the retailer invests in information disclosure technology to transmit the higher greenness quality of products to consumers. We discuss the technology investment decisions and cooperation strategies between the manufacturer and the retailer, as well as the impacts of government regulations on supply chain members’ decisions. We consider three scenarios: decentralized, government intervention, and cost sharing and government intervention. We derive the optimal technology investment decisions of the manufacturer and retailer. In addition, we identify the conditions for the manufacturer to subsidize the retailer’s disclosure technology costs. The results show that a higher emission reduction subsidy encourages GERT investments and increases supply chain members’ profits. However, when the government sets a higher emission reduction standard, the subsidy neither increases the emission reduction nor benefits the retailer, and hurts the manufacturer’s profit. We also demonstrate that when there is cost sharing and government intervention, emission reduction and supply chain performance are always better than in the other scenarios.

93 An examination of customer relationship management dimensions and employee-based brand equity: A study on ride-hailing industry in Saudi Arabia
The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of customer relationship management (CRM) dimensions on employee-based brand equity. By looking at the past literature, it can be noticed that the majority of earlier studies on brand equity examined it from customers perspective, while the employees perspective received less emphasis. Thus, the required data was obtained using a survey tool from 164 employees in the ride-hailing industry in Saudi Arabia. The obtained data was analyzed by the Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) method to test the hypothesis and reach at conclusions. The findings showed that CRM in general has a positive effect on employee-based brand equity. Specifically, it was found that CRM organization has a significant positive impact on employee-based brand equity. It was also verified that knowledge man- agement and customer orientation have positive effects on overall employee-based brand equity. Finally, the results confirmed that technology-based CRM has a significant positive impact on employee-based brand equity. These results add to the body of literature on this topic and verify the significance of customer relationship management dimensions in affecting employee-based brand equity.

94 To introduce a store brand or not: Roles of market information in supply chains
Retailers in multiple market segments have opposing business practices regarding whether to introduce a store brand. Assuming that manufacturers and retailers have symmetric knowledge on market information, prior literature has shown that retailers have incentive to introduce a store brand in cases in which the store brand intensively competes with the national brand. Information asymmetry, however, is prevalent in supply chains. In the era of big data, the latest advances in technology intensify information asymmetry by allowing retailers to access market information with improved accuracy. To address such information asymmetry, some retailers share information with manufacturers, while others do not. The gap between prior studies and current industrial practices motivates us to explore the roles of market information in supply chains regarding store brand

95 A future triple entry accounting framework using blockchain technology
The study adopts a single case study approach to bring into conversation, ideas, and views of several scholars on triple entry accounting (TEA). The development of blockchain technology already drives the conscious move towards the TEA. The TEA is currently not being used in any significant way but is in a greater debate whether it is worth adopting such alternative accounting practices as the TEA. Shifting to the TEA system is challenging and at present, it is just a fascinating mental exercise. With these backdrops, the present study discusses the likelihood cases of future accounting practice namely: (I) Sophisticated Accounting Software based on the double entry accounting (DEA); (II) Combination of Blockchain and TEA; and (III) Combination of disruptive technologies in addition to Blockchain and TEA. Finally, the study concludes with describing the basic architecture of a potential system of triple-entry accounting that could support the TEA system to deliver real-time insights into business operations. Lastly, the study plotted a hype cycle for accounting technologies to help global organizations identify the relevant accounting technologies and applications.

97 Evaluating Congou black tea quality using a lab-made computer vision system coupled with morphological features and chemometrics
The feature of external shape in tea is a vital quality index that determines the rank quality of tea. The potential of a lab-made computer vision system (CVS) coupled with morphological features and chemometric tools is investigated for evaluating Congou black tea quality. First, Raw images of 700 tea samples from seven different quality grades are acquired using the CVS. The original images collected are processed by graying, binarization, and median de-noising. Then, six morphological parameters (viz. width, length, area, perimeter, length-width ratio, and rectangularity) from the samples are extracted by the shape segmentation of each tea leaf image, and the corresponding feature histogram is obtained. Finally, support vector machine (SVM) and least squares- support vector machine (LS-SVM) are utilized to build identification models based on the histogram distribution characteristic vectors. Three kernel methods (linear kernel, polynomial kernel, and radial basis function kernel) are compared for monitoring tea quality. The results show that the optimal LS-SVM model has a 12% higher correct discrimination rate (CDR) than the SVM model. The polynomial kernel LS-SVM model yields satisfactory classification results with the CDR of 100% based on selected six shape features in the calibration and prediction sets. This work demonstrates that it is feasible to discriminate Congou black tea quality using CVS technology along with morphological features and nonlinear chemometric methods. A new perspective on the sizes of morphological characteristics is proposed as an identifier of Congou black tea quality.

98 A framework based on BWM for big data analytics (BDA) barriers in manufacturing supply chains
Due to its potential utility, Big Data (BD) recently attracted researchers and practitioners in decision- making. Big Data analytics (BDA) becomes more common among manufacturing companies because it lets them gain insight and make decisions based on BD. Given the importance of both BD and BDA, this study aims to identify and analyse essential BDA adoption barriers in supply chains. This study explores the current knowledge base using a BWM (Best Worst Method) to discuss these barriers. Data were obtained from five Indian manufacturing companies. Research findings show that data-related barriers are most significant. The findings will help managers understand the exact nature of the challenges and possible advantages of the BDA and implement BDA policies for the growth and output of supply chain operations.© 2021 Elsevier Ltd.
Research on innovation and sustainability is prolific but fragmented. This study integrates the research on innovation in management and business and STEM fields for sustainability in a unified framework for the case of developing countries (i.e., the Global South). It presents and discusses the output, impact, and structure of such research based on a sample of 14,000 þ articles and conference proceedings extracted from the bibliographic database Scopus. The findings reveal research output inflections after global announcements such as UN-Earth Summits. The study also reveals the indisputable leadership of China in overall output and research agendasetting. Nonetheless, countries such as India, Mexico, and Nigeria are either more efficient or impactful. GS research published in highly reputable journals is still scarce but increasing modestly. Central topic clusters (e.g., knowledge management) remain peripheral to the global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) research landscape. Finally, academic-corporate collaboration is in its infancy and limited to particular economic sectors: energy, pharmaceuticals, and high-tech.

100 Application of green supply chain management in the oil Industries: Modeling and performance analysis
Environmental concerns relating to production affairs have made various organizations use green practices in different processes of supply chain, because the green supply chain management (GSCM) is considered as an important organizational philosophy to decrease environmental risks and as a preventive approach in order to increase environmental performance and achievement of competitive advantages for organizations. The purpose of the present article is to design an interactive model for the practices of GSCM and its application to clustering oil industries for analyzing their green performance. Therefore, the literature was studied and a total of fifteen practices were obtained using experts’ opinions in academic and oil industry professionals. In next, the fuzzy interpretative structural modeling (FISM) approach was utilized so as to determine the relationship between the practices through considering the linguistic ambiguities of judgments and designing the structural model. The existing relationships within the structural model were studied and tested by means of structural equation modeling (SEM). After that, the relative importance of each practice was calculated by applying fuzzy analysis network process (FANP). In the next, the oil industries were categorized in two clusters using the K-means algorithm aggregated to the particle swarm optimization algorithm. Results of the present study showed that ‘‘legal requirements and regulations”, ‘‘intra-organizational environmental management”, ‘‘green design” and ‘‘green technology” are of root and influential practices with relatively more importance than others; in addition, it was cleared that the first cluster industries have high performance whereas the second ones have medium performance from the viewpoint of considering the practices of GSCM. Finally, the discriminant function designed to forecasting environment performance of the oil industries and member- ship to clusters for each of them.© 2021 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
