1 Self-centered and self-employed: Gender and the relationship between narcissism and self-employment
خودمحوری و خود اشتغالی: جنسیت و رابطه بین خودشیفتگی و خوداشتغالی-2020
The present study draws from Person-Environment (P-E) Fit theory to examine the relationship between Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) and self-employment status as well as the potential for gender to moderate this relationship. Two-wave archival data involving 29,000 respondents of a representative sample provided overall support for our predictions. The results show that although there is a small positive overall effect linking NPD with self-employment, this relationship is moderated by gender such that narcissistic women are less likely to be self-employed than narcissistic men. Moreover, exploratory results demonstrate that nar- cissists do not ultimately benefit from self-employment status. Specifically, there was no difference in the in- comes of narcissists who were self-employed and those who were not. These results suggest that the effects of narcissism on career choice is more complicated than initially believed.

2 Self-employment and eudaimonic well-being: Energized by meaning, enabled by societal legitimacy
خود اشتغالی و رفاه eudaimonic: با معنا انرژی می گیرد ، و توسط مشروعیت جامعه امکان پذیر می شود-2020
This study investigates why and where self-employment is related to higher levels of eudaimonic well-being. We focus on meaningfulness as an important eudaimonic process and subjective vitality as a eudaimonic well-being outcome that is central to entrepreneurs proactivity. Building on self-determination theory, we posit that self-employment, relative to wage-employment, is a more self-determined and volitional career choice, which enhances the experience of meaningfulness at work and perceptions of work autonomy. In a multi-level study of 22,002 individuals and 16 European countries, meaningfulness at work mediates the relationship between self-employment and subjective vitality and explains this relationship better than work autonomy. We identify moderating effects of context: the societal legitimacy of entrepreneurship in a country affects the choice set of alternative career options that individuals can consider and thus shapes the experience of meaningfulness at work and work autonomy, and thereby indirectly subjective vitality. These findings expand our understanding of eudaimonic well-being, entrepreneurs work, and the role of context in entrepreneurship and well-being research. They complement existing research on hedonic well-being of entrepreneurs and extend the scarce literature on their eudaimonic well-being.

3 Women entrepreneurship in India: The socio-economic context
کارآفرینی زنان در هند: زمینه اقتصادی - اجتماعی-2020
Prior to 1900, in the 19400 s, 19500 s & 19600 s the women were only and only regarded as sisters, mothers, housewives and daughters. They had no role to play for the economic development of the society. They were not included in the economic activities and their contributions were also not given weight age. People who were behind the theories and concepts of development, saw men as the main elements and agents of societal development and as the bread-earners for the family while the women were only house-wives, their jobs incorporated either educating their children at home or food preparation and clean-up. In the 19th century there were very limited jobs available to women. It did not matter whether to which class the men belong but they had complete and absolute power over women. The thought was that upper- and middle-class women had to continue dependent on a man: first as a daughter and then as a wife. From the 20th century on, however, women have gained political, economic, and social power. This paper focuses on the different roles of women in the development of society and emphasizes on the significant contributions made by the women in the socio-cultural and economic development of the nation. 4 Effects of FDI on entrepreneurship: Evidence from Right-to-Work and non-Right-to-Work states
اثر سرمایه گذاری مستقیم خارجی در زمینه کارآفرینی:شواهدی از دولت های راست کار و غیر حق کار-2019
This paper investigates the impact of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) on entrepre-neurial activity at the individual- owner level in U.S. states between 1996 and 2008. Our results indicate that FDI has no effect on entrepreneurship in pro-business states identified by the existence of Right-to-Work (RTW) laws. In non-RTW states, however, we find that an increase in FDI decreases the average monthly rate of business creation and destruction. Specifically, a 10% increase in FDI decreases the average monthly rate of business creation and destruction by roughly 4 and 2.5% (relative to the sample mean), respectively.
