Understanding knowledge hiding in business organizations: A bibliometric analysis of research trends, 1988–2020
درک دانش مخفی در سازمان های کسب و کار: تجزیه و تحلیل کتابشناختی از روند تحقیق، 1988-2020-2021 This paper investigates how knowledge hiding (KH) contributes to individuals, groups, and the business pro-
cesses of organizations, with regards to improving employee performance, strategic performance, and the or-
ganization’s overall knowledge management system (KMS), as well as the consequences and costs of KH in
organizations. 117 English language research articles produced between 1988 and 2020 regarding KH are
analyzed, and insights provided into science mapping and performance analysis of KH studies, by drawing ev-
idence from publication activities, prominent themes, citation trends, and collaborations amongst contributors.
The findings reveal that KH research has mainly focused on KH behavior, knowledge sharing (KS), and the KMS.
Firms with KH practices are responsible for challenging employee creativity, motivation, and workplace envi-
ronment. This study will help business managers and leaders hone cooperative behavior to achieve an innovative
environment and desired goals. Knowledge hiding also has positive implications, where leaders may have to hide
confidential information from external elements or internal subordinates to protect the enterprise’s sovereignty
and integrity. keywords: شیوه های دانش | عملکرد استراتژیک | هيئت مدیره | سیستم مدیریت دانش | به اشتراک گذاری دانش | کارایی فرآیند | Knowledge practices | Strategic performance | Board of directors | Knowledge management system | Knowledge sharing | Process efficiency |

Intellectual evolution of social innovation: A bibliometric analysis and avenues for future research trends
تکامل فکری نوآوری اجتماعی: تجزیه و تحلیل کتابشناختی و راههایی برای روند تحقیقات آینده-2020 Despite the fact that the concept of social innovation is extensively employed by scholars and practitioners, yet the conceptualisation and the research structure remained fragmented and scattered, because no rigorous attempt has been made to understand the core concept of social innovation. The notion of social innovation is multi- faceted and multi-disciplinary fluctuating from public-policy to environmental sustainability; which makes an investigation of the concept essential for business-to-business practitioners and scholars. By processing 370 publications from a sample of 125 journals and books with a total of 2941 citations, the authors unpack/unfold the intellectual foundation of social innovation in business and management domains by performing four bibliometric analyses and they evaluate the research domain qualitatively (1970–2019). By using co-citation, network visualisation through co-occurrence data, multi-dimensional scaling, and hierarchical cluster analysis, this research sheds light to the intellectual structure of social innovation including social value, economic value, societal impact, and bifocal innovations. This research reveals the key research clusters embodied by social innovation foundation. The present study identifies four important components for the future avenues of social innovation (i.e. opportunity, innovation practice, opportunity exploiter, value), and proposes a potential research framework to the researchers and practitioners, hoping to provide insights on social innovation. Blockchain and agricultural supply chains traceability: research trends and future challenges
قابلیت ردیابی زنجیره تامین کشاورزی و بلاکچین : روند تحقیق و چالش های آینده-2019 Blockchain is today one of the most interesting and debated research topics. Blockchain technology was implemented for the first time in the
financial sector a few years ago. However, it is currently used in many other areas, such as: healthcare, smart cities, smart contracts, energy
markets, government sector. The success of this technology mainly lies in the following properties: reliability, transparency, immutability. In this
study, we collect and analyze the main contributions in the literature about the application of blockchain in the agricultural sector, focusing on
food traceability issues. Considering the quick growth of this technology and the high number of published documents in recent months, there is
a need to catalog the different methodologies, proposed by the various scholars. Our aim is to detect the current research trends and possible
future challenges. In the agricultural context, the need for an adequate traceability system is motivated by several bad habits and problems, such
as the wide use of pesticides and fertilizers in fruits and vegetables, which are extremely harmful for human health. Moreover, in the last few
years, the consumers’ attention about the quality of agricultural products has considerably increased. The present study shows that the blockchain
technology is still in its early stage. Although there are several proposals in the literature, still a limited number of applications have been put into
use in the real context. From the point of view of scientific research, only some countries are investing in this technology: China and United
States are among the most active, but Italy is also very involved in this phenomenon. Overall, the blockchain technology appears very promising,
but still many efforts are needed to reach the maturation stage. Keywords: Blockchain | Literature Review | Agricultural Supply Chain | Food Traceability | Internet of Things |

Research trends on Big Data in Marketing: A text mining and topic modeling based literature analysis
تحولات تحقیق بر روی داده های بزرگ در بازاریابی: متن کاوی و تحلیل آماری مبتنی بر مدل سازی موضوع-2018 Given the research interest on Big Data in Marketing, we present a research literature analysis based
on a text mining semi-automated approach with the goal of identifying the main trends in this domain.
In particular, the analysis focuses on relevant terms and topics related with five dimensions: Big Data,
Marketing, Geographic location of authors’ affiliation (countries and continents), Products, and Sectors. A
total of 1560 articles published from 2010 to 2015 were scrutinized. The findings revealed that research
is bipartite between technological and research domains, with Big Data publications not clearly aligning
cutting edge techniques toward Marketing benefits. Also, few inter-continental co-authored publications
were found. Moreover, findings show that research in Big Data applications to Marketing is still in an
embryonic stage, thus making it essential to develop more direct efforts toward business for Big Data to
thrive in the Marketing arena.

Research Landscape of Business Intelligence and Big Data analytics: A bibliometrics study
چشم انداز تحقیقات هوش تجاری و تحلیل داده های بزرگ: مطالعه کتابشناختی-2018 Business Intelligence that applies data analytics to generate key information to support business deci
sion making, has been an important area for more than two decades. In the last five years, the trend of
“Big Data” has emerged and become a core element of Business Intelligence research. In this article, we
review academic literature associated with “Big Data” and “Business Intelligence” to explore the devel
opment and research trends. We use bibliometric methods to analyze publications from 1990 to 2017 in
journals indexed in Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE), Social Science Citation Index (SSCI) and Arts
& Humanities Citation Index (AHCI). We map the time trend, disciplinary distribution, high-frequency
keywords to show emerging topics. The findings indicate that Computer Science and management in
formation systems are two core disciplines that drive research associated with Big Data and Business
Intelligence. “Data mining”, “social media” and “information system” are high frequency keywords, but
“cloud computing”, “data warehouse” and “knowledge management” are more emphasized after 2016.

Trends in quantitative methods used for atrial fibrillation and ventricular tachycardia analyses
روند روش های کمی مورد استفاده برای فیبریلاسیون دهلیزی و تحلیل تاکیکاردی بطنی-2017 Background: Improved quantitative and computational research efforts would be useful for better and more
accurate analysis of heart arrhythmias, and to target catheter ablation sites. To pinpoint useful and leading-edge
quantitative methods, research trends of articles published in peer-reviewed journals were identified.
Methods: The MEDLINE search tool and an in-house developed software program were used to detect
quantitative trends in arrhythmia research. The main keywords used were ‘atrial fibrillation’ and ‘ventricular
tachycardia’, which were searched in combination with commonly associated quantitative keywords for signal
and imaging data. The search period used was 1960–2013. The linear regression trend over the search period
was calculated, and the slope and regression coefficient was tabulated along with the onset year of the trend.
Results: In 1960, ‘atrial fibrillation’ and ‘ventricular tachycardia’ appeared in the title or abstract of less than 20
peer-reviewed articles each. A sharp increase in ventricular tachycardia publications occurred from 1975 to
1992 to a peak of over 600 publications; since 1992 the number of ventricular tachycardia studies has leveled.
However, the number of atrial fibrillation papers has increased sharply since 1978, surpassing ventricular
tachycardia studies in 1993, to over 3500 studies in 2013. From 1960 to 2013, the fraction of ventricular
tachycardia papers associated with any particular quantitative keyword, versus the total number of ventricular
tachycardia publications, was often greater than the fraction of atrial fibrillation papers associated with the same
quantitative keyword, versus the total number of atrial fibrillation publications. Studies published in the
bioengineering and bioinformatics literature comprise approximately 10% of all quantitative biomedical studies
published on atrial fibrillation and ventricular tachycardia.
Conclusions: The MEDLINE search tool identified publication trends in quantitative arrhythmia research.
Although ventricular tachycardia is a common ailment, as a quantitative research topic it appears only 20% as
often as atrial fibrillation. Much of the quantitative ventricular tachycardia literature peaked in the 1990s, while
there is a continued sharp increase in atrial fibrillation research studies. This may have resulted from the
publishing of seminal studies spurring interest in quantitative analysis of atrial fibrillation, versus the
publishing of curative methods for treatment ventricular tachycardia, particularly during the period of
approximately 1995–2000.
