1 Prediction of perforation into concrete accounting for saturation ratio influence at high confinement
This paper provides both an analytical and a finite element models aiming at better predicting possible perfo- ration of reinforced concrete slabs submitted to impacts. Both models account for free water saturation ratio and high triaxial stress induced into concrete by the impact. Finite element simulations are performed with Abaqus explicit code using a revised constitutive model for concrete; this coupled damage plasticity model (PRM) ac- counts for strain rate effects and the influence of saturation ratio on the triaxial behavior. Complementary original analytical predictions of ballistic limit and residual velocities are provided for both hard and soft im- pacts. These predictions depend on a recent deviatoric stress-based formulation of compressive strength of concrete. Numerical and analytical results are consistent with bending and punching experimental tests.

2 DOES TRIPLE HELIX COLLABORATION MATTER FOR THE EARLY INTERNATIONALISATION OF TECHNOLOGY-BASED FIRMS IN EMERGING ECONOMIES?
Firms’ early internationalisation (EI) is a complex process derived from uncertain market conditions, entrepre- neurial vision, and strategic entry decisions. Academic debates still require deepening and broadening the dis- cussion on early internationalisation of new technology-based firms (NTBFs). This study proposes a framework to analyse how NTBFs are adopting collaborative networks with the triple helix actors (government, university, and industry) to implement an EI strategy in emerging economies. Our findings show that the lack of specialised knowledge and resources stimulates collaboration with multiple triple helix agents to ensure the early entry strategy into international markets. We state the relevant implications and propositions concerning the inter- nationalisation of NTBFs and the relationship with triple helix stakeholders.SPECIAL DEDICATIONIn memory of Juan Arriaga, Department of Innovation and Entrepre- neurship, EGADE Business School

3 Evaluation of green operations management by fuzzy analytical hierarchy process
With ever-changing, environmental, and climate conditions companies have changed their viewpoint and striving towards green operations management practices to achieve sustainable growth. By practicing green operations management, it is observed that the operational efficiency and sustainability in production operations can be achieved simultaneously. Green operations management includes green design, green manufacturing, green logistics, and green purchase initiatives. In this paper, the green operations management practices are evaluated by using fuzzy AHP. Additionally, this paper highlights the benefits of green operations management over conventional operations management. To justify the adoption of green operations management practices, the fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (FAHP) is used for calculating the global desirability index for the green operations management practices and conventional operations management practices and a comparison is carried out between both global desirability indexes to justify the concepts of green operation management in the manufacturing industry. The pro- posed research is generalized and can be utilized by the managers working in different organizations to rethink and redesign their management policies to harness sustainable profits in the business operations of organizations without affecting the environment adversely.© 2020 Elsevier Ltd. 4 The business model of Do-It-Yourself (DIY) laboratories – A triple-layered perspective
As the question of funding for DIY laboratories remains a matter of central interest for the financial sustainability of laboratories, this paper studies Do-It-Yourself (DIY) laboratories from the under-researched business model and management perspective. We have applied the triple-layered business model canvas (TLBMC) to explore and understand DIY laboratories from the economic, environmental, and social value creation aspects. Based on our comprehensive literature review and exploratory case studies, our research findings reveal that DIY laboratories are essentially technology hubs offering technology enthusiasts and entrepreneurs physical and social spaces and business incubation to help them survive and thrive. Engaged with all the Triple Helix stakeholders, DIY la- boratories offer a platform of science innovation and technology incubation at the grassroots level for technology entrepreneurs to grow economically, socially, and sustainably.

5 Deep multi-metric learning for text-independent speaker verification
Text-independent speaker verification is an important artificial intelligence problem that has a wide spectrum of applications, such as criminal investigation, payment certification, and interest-based customer services. The purpose of text-independent speaker verification is to determine whether two given uncontrolled utterances originate from the same speaker or not. Extracting speech features for each speaker using deep neural networks is a promising direction to explore and a straightforward solution is to train the discriminative feature extraction network by using a metric learning loss function. However, a single loss function often has certain limitations. Thus, we use deep multi-metric learning to address the problem and introduce three different losses for this problem, i.e., triplet loss, n-pair loss and angular loss. The three loss functions work in a cooperative way to train a feature extraction network equipped with Residual connections and squeeze-and-excitation attention. We conduct experiments on the large-scale VoxCeleb2 dataset, which contains over a million utterances from over 6; 000 speakers, and the proposed deep neural network obtains an equal error rate of 3:48%, which is a very competitive result. Codes for both training and testing and pretrained models are available at https://github.com/ GreatJiweix/DmmlTiSV, which is the first publicly available code repository for large-scale textindependent speaker verification with performance on par with the state-of-the-art systems.

6 Applying artificial intelligence to explore sexual cyberbullying behaviour
Sexual cyberbullying is becoming a serious problem in todays society. In the workplace, this issue is more complex because of the power imbalance between potential perpetrators and victims. Preventing sexual cyber- bullying in organizations is very important for a safety and respectful workplace. Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards establish certain policies to be considered to create an organizational culture based on zero tolerance to sexual cyberbullying. The research aims to broaden knowledge about personality and sexual cyberbullying. Therefore, this paper proposes a crucial tool to explore potential sexual cyberbullying behavior. This study analyzed how personality traits, particularly those related to the Dark Triad (psychopathy, Machia-vellianism and narcissism), might influence this behavior. Participants (N ¼ 374) were Spanish young adults, using the convenience sampling to recruit them. The methodology focused on the use of structural equation modelling and ensemble classification tree. First, we tested the proposed hypotheses with structural equation method based on covariance using the Lavaan R-package. Second, for the ensemble of classification trees, we applied the package random Forest and Adabag (bagging and boosting) in R. Results proposed high levels of psychopathy and Machiavellianism are more likely to be related to sexual cyberbullying behaviors. Organizations could use the tool proposed in this research to develop internal policies and procedures for detection and deterrence of potential cyberbullying behaviors. By raising awareness about cyberbullying behaviour including its conceptualization and measurement in training courses, organizations might build an organizational culture based on a respectful workplace without sexual cyberbullying behaviours.

7 Effectiveness of a contact-based anti-stigma intervention for police officers
Introduction: Police force interaction rates with individuals with mental health conditions are on the rise. International research reveals that the presence of a mental health condition increases the risk for detention and use of force by police officers. Stigmatization of individuals with mental health conditions as dangerous and unpredictable is assumed to have an impact on the likelihood of police use of force. The following study examines a trialogical intervention to reduce stigmatization of individuals with a diagnosis of schizophrenia in a police officer sample.
Method: 1318 police officers participated in a trialogical contact-based intervention with the aim to reduce stigmatizing attitudes and beliefs. Emotional reactions, stereotypes and social distance were assessed prior to and after the intervention in a one-group design.
Results: Negative stereotypes were positively associated with social distance in individuals with a diagnosis of schizophrenia and were positively associated with anxiety. Dependent sample t-test revealed reduced anxiety towards individuals with a diagnosis of schizophrenia, less negative stereotypes, and less social distance post intervention. All results were significant, and all effect sizes showed a small to moderate effect.
Conclusions: Trialogical contact-based, short-term anti-stigma interventions appear to reduce stigmatizing attitudes towards individuals with mental health conditions in a large police force sample. A missing control group is a key study limitation. Further research is needed to examine the effectiveness of the intervention in a randomized-controlled trial. However, the results clearly suggest that anti-stigma interventions could be beneficially introduced into police training.

8 Juvenile delinquency risk factors: Individual, social, opportunity or all of these together?
There is extensive literature on risk factors leading to criminal behavior. However, most of these studies have been conducted in European and Anglo-Saxon countries, and there are few analogous studies in Latin America. Our main aim was to analyze whether the criminal risk level estimated from the interaction between antisocial motivation and criminal opportunities helps to differentiate between adolescents with and without delinquent behavior (as proposed in the Triple Risk for Delinquency Model). We measured both official and self-reported antisocial behavior in a sample of 211 young people in Argentina. The results show a significant association between delinquency and personal, social and opportunity risk factors. Also, it was possible to differentiate between adolescents with and without official and self-reported antisocial behavior with high sensitivity and specificity, based on the estimation of criminal risk levels. We discuss the relevance and implications of these findings within the particular context of this study.

9 Open triple therapy for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease: Patterns of prescription, exacerbations and healthcare costs from a large Italian claims database
The combination of two long acting bronchodilators with an inhaled corticosteroid, known as Triple Therapy (TT), is a usual clinical practice for patients affected by chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). This analysis aimed to identify subjects with COPD treated with extemporaneous combination of ICS/ LABA and LAMA (namely open TT) and to describe the pharmacological strategy, the spirometry use, the exacerbations occurrence and the costs, in the perspective of the Italian National Health System (NHS). Methods: Through record linkage of administrative data (ReS database) of about 12 million inhabitants in 2014, a cohort of patients aged ≥45, without asthma and treated with open TT (index date) was selected. Specific drugs, oxygen supply and exacerbations were described in one year before the index date, while spirometry tests over two years before the index date. All these resources utilization, the persistence to the open TT, and integrated costs of the above healthcare services were analysed for 1-year follow-up. Results: In 2014, 10,352 patients (mean age 74 ± 9; males 66.0%) with COPD and treated with open TT were identified (prevalence 160.6 per 100,000 inhabitants aged ≥45). During the previous year, the 44.0% of this cohort was already treated with open TT, 7.0% did not received any drugs for obstructive airway diseases, 11.1% needed home oxygen therapy, and 28.7% experienced at least an exacerbation. In the follow-up year, the 37.5% of the cohort was found persistent to the open TT, 17.0% needed oxygen therapy, and the 30.9% underwent an exacerbation. Spirometry was performed on 45.7% of patients in the two previous years, while on 33.3% in the subsequent year. In the follow-up, on average, every patient of the cohort costed to the NHS €5,295: 48.2% for hospitalizations, 41.2% for drugs and 10.6% for outpatient services. Conclusions: This large observational study based on claims data reliably identified subjects with COPD treated with open TT and their burden on the NHS. Moreover, it could describe the real clinical management of the open TT, before the marketing of the fixed one. These findings are useful for health policymakers in order to promote the appropriate utilization of both currently marketed and future therapies.

10 Trilemma and tripartition: The regulatory paradigms of cross-border personal data transfer in the EU, the U:S: and China
The regulation of the cross-border transfer of personal data is a major issue of globalization in the digital era. The key point for lawmakers is how to choose two of the following three elements in the trilemma: personal data protection, free trans border flow of information and the expansion of national jurisdiction. The EU, the U.S. and China adopt their own decisions, resulting in three inherently incompatible legislative paradigms, which has led to the restricted flow of personal data around the world as well as the free flow in three different regions, with the EU, the U.S. and China as the center of each region. In this way, the regulating paradigms of cross-border personal data transfer presents a pattern of tripartition.© 2021 Guan Zheng. Published by Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
