1 Top management knowledge value, knowledge sharing practices, open innovation and organizational performance
Open innovation as driver of organizational performance of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) has received relatively little scholarly attention. Drawing upon the resource-based view and the knowledge-based view of firms, we examined antecedents and outcome of open innovation in SMEs. We collected multisource data from 404 SMEs and used structural equation modeling to test the hypotheses. Our study suggests that top management knowledge value and knowledge creating practices influence open innovation, which, in turn, influences organizational performance. Results of the study are discussed in the light of previous studies and suggest implications for theory and practice of open innovation.

2 Knowledge management capabilities and organizational risk-taking for business model innovation in SMEs
In today’s business environment with fast growing communication and information technologies, knowledge management (KM) capabilities are a valuable source for innovation. However, little is known about the particular KM capabilities that lead to business model innovation (BMI) and whether their effect is dependent upon the firm’s orientation towards risk-taking. We examine the impact internal and external KM capabilities have on BMI and how these effects are moderated by its risk-taking tolerance. We empirically analyze a sample of 197 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) applying structural equation modeling (SEM) and fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA). The results from the SEM indicate that particularly external KM ca- pabilities stimulate BMI. This relationship is strengthened for firms with a high risk-taking tolerance. Internal knowledge is only effective for firms with a low risk-taking tolerance. The fsQCA results substantiate these findings and refine the SEM by providing particular antecedent conditions for high levels of BMI.

3 Innovation capability: The impact of e-CRM and COVID-19 risk perception
The e-CRM application has currently offered benefits for companies in different business sectors, especially in hospitality industry. The objective of this paper is to investigate the impact of e-CRM components (i.e. technology-based CRM, knowledge management and customer orientation) on firms’ innovation capabilities. Data was collected through a structured questionnaire survey conducted in Vietnam. The dataset consists of 213 valid responses by managers. Correlation analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM) were employed to examine the causal relationships among technology-based CRM, knowledge management, customer orientation, long-term relationships and innovation capability. The results show that knowledge management, customer orientation and technology-based CRM have positively influence on long-term relationships and innovation capability. Covid-19 risk perception has the role in enhancing the link between long-term relationships and innovation capability. From these findings, this study provides an improved understanding of how knowledge management, customer orientation and technology affect on innovating activities. This study also provides several implications for practice.

4 Big data management capabilities in the hospitality sector: Service innovation and customer generated online quality ratings
Despite the wide usage of big data in tourism and the hospitality sector, little research has been done to un- derstand the role of organizations’ capability of managing big data in value creation. This study bridges this gap by investigating how big data management capabilities lead to service innovation and high online quality rat- ings. Instead of treating big data management as a whole, we access big data management capabilities at the strategic and operational level. Using a sample of 202 hotels in Pakistan, we collected the primary data for big data capabilities, knowledge creation and service innovation; the secondary data about quality rating were collected from Booking.com. Structural equation modelling through SmartPLS was used for data analysis. The results indicated that big data management capabilities lead to high online quality ratings through the mediation of knowledge creation and service innovation. We contribute to the current literature by empirically testing how strategic level big data capabilities enable the firm to add value in innovativeness and positive online quality ratings through acquiring, contextualizing, experimenting and applying big data. 5 Does managing customer accounts receivable impact customer relationships, and sales performance? An empirical investigation
The impact of accounts receivables on the performance of salespersons is largely ignored in sales literature. However, in many sales contexts, managing customers’ accounts receivables is directly managed by the sales- people, and therefore substantially impacts their sales performance. Towards such sales contexts, in this empirical study, we study the effect of customer account receivables and salespersons’ customer orientation on their relationship orientation and customer-related performance. We further analyse the direct impact of rela- tionship orientation on customer-related performance. Using survey-based data from 224 salespersons based out of India, we empirically test the proposed model using partial least squares structural equation modelling. Our findings suggest that accounts receivables from customers and salespersons ‘customer orientation strongly impact relationship building and also improves customer-related performance. The salespersons’ relationship orientation also partially mediates the relationship between customer account receivables and customer-related performance. Therefore, this study provides much-required evidence to establish the salience of salesforce appropriately managing customers’ account receivables so that its impact on their sales performance customer relationships are not adversely affected.

6 Management accountants and strategic management accounting: The role of organizational culture and information systems
This study aims to contribute to the scant contingency theory literature on the determinants of strategic man- agement accounting (SMA) practices and the role management accountants play. We develop and test a more complex theoretical model than in prior studies, to simultaneously examine the role of three variables: man- agement accountant networking, information systems (IS) quality and organizational culture. These have not been examined in a single model before in the SMA literature. Using data from 149 UK manufacturing business units and the partial least square structural equation modeling, our findings document a positive relationship between management accountant networking and the implementation of SMA practices. However, this rela- tionship is positively moderated by IS quality, which further enables management accountants to implement SMA practices. Unlike IS quality, we do not find empirical support for similar moderating effects by the outcome- oriented culture and innovation-oriented culture. Instead, the innovation-oriented culture has a significant in- direct positive effect on SMA implementation through management accountant networking but not a direct one. In contrast, we find a direct positive impact of outcome-oriented culture on SMA implementation but not an indirect one through management accountant networking. These results suggest that in outcome-driven business units, the implementation of SMA practices may not be limited to the accounting function. Managers in other functions may be motivated to implement SMA practices even when management accountants are not part of the process.

7 Modeling country entrepreneurial activity to inform entrepreneurial-marketing research
In 2002, Morris, Schindehutte and LaForge published a seminal work on entrepreneurial marketing (EM) that prominently featured external environmental conditions as a primary influence on the firm. Since then, EM researchers have devoted scant attention to these external environmental conditions. Not surprisingly, important explanations for EM have remained underdeveloped, such as EM as a strategic response to environmental change and turbulence. This study applies two approaches in structural equation modeling (component-based PLS-SEM and covariancebased CB-SEM) to the analysis of the 2016 Global Entrepreneurship Monitor data for the purpose of better understanding the external environment for firms entrepreneurial marketing. The model in the study based on data from 65 countries aggregated at the country level, suggested potential entrepreneurs perceptions of entrepreneurship influence entrepreneurship activity in societies positively, but are not influenced by con- structs of the entrepreneurial ecosystem representing institutions of society, such as government programs and policies.

8 Mental health professionals feelings and attitudes towards coercion
Background: Despite absence of clear evidence to assert that the use of coercion in psychiatry is practically and clinically helpful or effective, coercive measures are widely used. Current practices seem to be based on institutional cultures and decision-makers’ attitudes towards coercion rather than led by recommendations issued from the scientific literature. Therefore, the main goal of our study was to describe mental health professionals’ feelings and attitudes towards coercion and the professionals’ characteristics associated with them.
Method: Mental health professionals working in the Department of Psychiatry of Lausanne University Hospital, Switzerland, were invited to participate to an online survey. A questionnaire explored participants’ socio- demographic characteristics, professional background and current working context, and their feelings and attitudes towards coercion. Exploratory Structural Equation Modelling (ESEM) was used to determine the structure of mental health professionals’ feelings and attitudes towards coercion and to estimate to which extent socio- demographic and professional characteristics could predict their underlying dimensions.
Results: 130 mental health professionals completed the survey. Even if a large number considered coercion a violation of fundamental rights, an important percentage of them agreed that coercion was nevertheless indispensable in psychiatry and beneficial to the patients. ESEM revealed that professionals’ feelings and attitudes towards coercion could be described by four main dimensions labelled “Internal pressure”, “Emotional impact”, “External pressure” and “Relational involvement”. The personal as well as the professional proximity with people suffering from mental disorders influences professionals’ feeling and attitudes towards coercion.
Conclusions: As voices recommend the end of coercion in psychiatry and despite the lack of scientific evidence, many mental health professionals remain convinced that it is a requisite tool beneficial to the patients. Clinical approaches that enhance shared decision making and give the opportunity to patients and professionals to share their experience and feelings towards coercion and thus alleviate stress among them should be fostered and developed.

9 Applying artificial intelligence to explore sexual cyberbullying behaviour
Sexual cyberbullying is becoming a serious problem in todays society. In the workplace, this issue is more complex because of the power imbalance between potential perpetrators and victims. Preventing sexual cyber- bullying in organizations is very important for a safety and respectful workplace. Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards establish certain policies to be considered to create an organizational culture based on zero tolerance to sexual cyberbullying. The research aims to broaden knowledge about personality and sexual cyberbullying. Therefore, this paper proposes a crucial tool to explore potential sexual cyberbullying behavior. This study analyzed how personality traits, particularly those related to the Dark Triad (psychopathy, Machia-vellianism and narcissism), might influence this behavior. Participants (N ¼ 374) were Spanish young adults, using the convenience sampling to recruit them. The methodology focused on the use of structural equation modelling and ensemble classification tree. First, we tested the proposed hypotheses with structural equation method based on covariance using the Lavaan R-package. Second, for the ensemble of classification trees, we applied the package random Forest and Adabag (bagging and boosting) in R. Results proposed high levels of psychopathy and Machiavellianism are more likely to be related to sexual cyberbullying behaviors. Organizations could use the tool proposed in this research to develop internal policies and procedures for detection and deterrence of potential cyberbullying behaviors. By raising awareness about cyberbullying behaviour including its conceptualization and measurement in training courses, organizations might build an organizational culture based on a respectful workplace without sexual cyberbullying behaviours.

10 An analysis on the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology theory (UTAUT): Acceptance of electronic document management system (EDMS)
Public Institutions need information systems that facilitate management of generated documents during business processes on a digital platform. Development of information and communication technologies facilitated the transfer of documents to digital platforms which caused the emergence of Electronic Document Management System (EDMS). Institutions are utilizing EDMS in order to keep records securely and improve business processes. EDMS have many benefits such as improvement of efficiency and productivity, reduction of errors, increase in quality of service and reduction of costs. On the other hand, while EDMS offers many benefits to its users, it also has made it imperative to adopt the new technological system. For this reason, it becomes essential to understand the factors that affect the intention of use of EDMS. This study researches the factors that affect the adoption and use of EDMS in Bartın University by using the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT). In this research, data was analyzed by using R software program and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Based on the findings, 61% of the intention of use of EDMS has been explained by performance expectancy and social influence factors with in the proposed model. Empirical findings suggest that the factors of performance expectancy and social influence has a positive effect on the intention of use but of effort expectancy factor does not have a positive effect.
